However, I am sorry to hear that your stay was marred by the distance from the city centre. Our establishment is located 3 km from the city centre. You can easily get there by car from the hotel as the centre has plenty of parking spaces. There is also public transport such as buses and trams near the hotel that you can use to reach the city centre. Despite my constant efforts to maintain the quality of service you have come to expect, exceptional circumstances sometimes prevent us from providing you with complete satisfaction.
