We had stayed for two nights. On the second there was a lot of noise from the neighbouring room at 4AM. No one to complain to, so I had to go and shout at them myself.

Limited check in times and automatic check in system outside. The bedroom and bathroom were quite tight for a family of four, plus luggage.

Very clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was very quiet at night time and we slept well. The receptionist was very friendly when I spoke to him the following morning.

Equipment in the room was not the best, not enough places to hang your clothes and towels, the in 4 pers room. Very thin walls, so you can hear alot, also in the night.. Rooms were too hot in the night, cooling didn't work probably.. The coffee/snack vending machine sometimes took your money without giving out what you choose, happen 1 out 5 times..

We got rooms next to each other, as requested. Cleaning in the room every day.

The login system for the internet is terrible which means you have a battle to get connected. No one at reception when we arrived and the automated system was not working so we had to wait some time for someone to arrive.

A typical cheap stopover hotel. The beds were clean and comfortable and the shower good. It was also fairly quiet. It is walking distance to the local RER station.

Everything was right.

Good location , cleanliness , confort , and good value for money. Perfect option to spend a night before have a flight in Orly airport. We arrived when the reception was closed , but the automatic check in is very easy. Private parking.

It was clean and good value for money. The beds were comfortable. Suited the purpose for overnight in transit .

We couldn’t open the gate of the parking lot so we stayed 30-45 mins outside contacting the helpdesk until finally somebody opened it. Once inside it was very easy to get the room codes etc. The hallway carpet is stained, so you don’t get a very good first impression.

It’s a short ride from the highway, south of Paris, so perfect for a first night stop on the way to the south of France. They have good size family rooms. Dogs are also allowed.

My recent stay at this hotel was an utter disappointment. Despite the enticing promises in the description, my experience was far from satisfactory. First and foremost, the transportation facilities were non-existent, forcing us to endure a tedious 20-minute walk. To add insult to injury, despite the stated check-in time being 2 pm, we arrived at 1:30 pm with two infants under four months, only to be left shivering outside in the cold and wind, forbidden from entering. The entire experience left much to be desired, and the services were far below par. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone seeking a comfortable and accommodating stay.

Our room wasn’t the cleanest. There were ants in our room and flies on the window sill. The bathroom was okay but there wasn’t a bathmat so water went over the floor when we had a shower. We spent most of the day out so when we got back there wasn’t any staff to tell about the bugs in our room. I sent a message through the app but no-one replied. It wasn’t the end of the world as we were only there at night but still wasn’t very nice to see.

It was easy to walk to the station (20 minutes) to get the train to Paris. Good parking.

It was one of the worst hotels, we've ever been in. One of the two towels was dirty. They didn't allow us to enter 45 Min. before the check in at 2 pm even that the check out is at 11:00 am .. so there's basically 3 hours time .. but after we came from Germany like 7 hours and we were totally exhausted, they didn't allow us to enter... When we wanted to check in .. no body there at all to see our documents or something.. the system to enter is sooo complicated... it was a mistake in my reservation and with my friend as well .. took 30 Min. to take the pass code to open the door and go in ... The rooms are soooo tiny and as I said one of the 2 towels was dirty .. the soap bottle so hard to press and get the soap from it .. I don't know what was going on.. but everything was so bad and negative there ...
