Before our trip, the hotel informed us that parking spaces were limited and could not be reserved. However, when we arrived, we found that there were empty parking spots and wanted to park there, but the staff told us that all of those spots had already been reserved. The hotel also stated that the rooms were accessible by elevator, but in reality, after taking the elevator, we still had to climb more than ten steps—with nearly 30 kilograms of luggage—to reach the room.

Great location close to Aiguille train station and the Aiguille cable car. Plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. We had a wonderful view of Mont Blanc from our deck. The room was spacious, comfortable, efficiently designed and had plenty of storage. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast one of the best we have ever had with a lot of choice and frequently replenished. The room was quiet and we were able to leave the door to our deck open at night to get fresh mountain air. Perfect!

The spa is a little small and can get quite crowded, however, if you find the right time it is quite enjoyable as the view from it is amazing.

Probably one of the best hotels I have ever been to. Great location, amazing view from the room. The room was very clean and cozy, we felt right at home. Staff is also very friendly and supportive. We didn’t have breakfast or dinner at the hotel during our stay but we booked a raclette for two in the restaurant and it was amazing — huge and delicious and the staff was friendly there as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, both for shorter and longer stay.

The only downside being the proximity of a rather noisy street.

The rooms are cosy and clean, the breakfast is delicious and the personnel very nice. The spa was also very relaxing and the view over the Mont-Blanc is stunning.

I liked the property a great deal. Our suite was spacious and well appointed and very quiet. My o my issue was the short entrance to a side sitting room with the tv. Both me and my husband hit our heads on the door jam. Very painful. They should place cushions at the top as I’m sure a number of adults have hit their heads!!

Great location in town. Lose to restaurants and shops. View from our room was magical with Mt Blanc and the Alpes greetings us each morning!

Room was a little dark and could do with main light.

The view from the room was fantastic. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choice. Staff could not be more friendly and accommodating. They were all very proficient and always happy to help with smiles on their face. Special mention to the Australian lady on reception who helped us out on several occasions, thank you so much for everything you did for us. Spa was lovely and the sauna looking out onto the mountains was a special feature.

Reception area can be very busy at times throughout the day.

Location was ideal-just a short walk to the main shopping street, train, bus and gondola/cogwheel stations. Room was a decent size and bed was very comfortable. The spa facility adds a nice touch and I had an amazing massage there. Staff was very helpful.

Great location, steps from the main streets of chamonix but on a quiet block. Clean, beautiful balcony views, clean hot tub/spa area, nice shower, incredible breakfast
