Very slow Internet but host sorted it out so it was OK.. Basic kitchen but adequate. 20 minute walk into centre but it kept us fit.

Very clean , excellent parking. Not too far to centre. Very handy Lidl .

We found the 3 keys given fiddly as all alike so it would have been helpful if they had coloured rubber caps to distinguish them rather than having to try all three to get in to the outer door and then the actual studio. Also we would have preferred a thumb turn on the outer door lock to get out easier should we need a quick exit .

Good location easy 20 min walk into the town Local shops/ supermarket 1 min away Super bakery / cafe 1 min away Very clean and tidy little studio with outside patio for morning coffee.. You are near the road but it wasn’t an issue as there is a little fence for privacy. With a laundry room should we have needed it. Well equipped kitchen should we need to prepare a meal Netflix a bonus Parking secure Host provided a little gift of biscuits and some toiletries which was a nice gesture. Only 5 mins walk to a park to walk our 🐕

I didn't like that there was not an easy usable oven in the property , I was there for a week , there was a combi oven which even after a week I was only able to microwave items in it , there was no instructions provided. The kitchen could also do with a few more glasses , mugs and a chopping board but was generally well equipped.

Property is wonderfully located , near to a Lidl , boulangerie and yoù could walk to the city ( Angouleme) if the weather was nice which it was not when I stayed. Great space in the apartment , with Netflix , good wifi. The electric radiators kept the space at a comfortable temperature. Bed was comfortable and the apartment was spotlessly clean.

The owner is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The apartment has all facilities needed for a confortable stay. Big bright and clean apartment with terrace in a quiet area Car parking is free of charge and safe. Angolume is a beautiful city

Nothing. Small improvements already suggested and noted by owners. However, a slim line dishwasher would be a bonus. I have suggested a small folder with local details like the supermarket etc. would help. Also note that the property is on the corner of the rue Jules Massenet, and faces the main road.

Very clean. It would help if the parking instruction stated explicitly that the space in front of the property was reserved for long stay clients. Off road parking on the opposite side of the road. However I noted broken car window glass on the pavement - so do not leave valuables visible. The laundry room was excellent. 2 very clean and large washing machines and a dryer - all free. You provide washing soap. There is a LIDL just around the corner - closed on Sunday, please note. Boulangerie across the roundabout, easy access to the Western bypass, fuel station opposite. Large park 1.5 km to the north. Dog friendly. City centre 2 km. lots of parking. 1 hour free. Owners readily available via messages through Booking.com

It was 38 degrees. There was no air conditioning. The hosts supplied several fans, but they could not cope with the heat. We managed one night of the two we booked. The heat was unbearable. A shame. Our fault for not checking that they had air-con.

Location was fine, apartment was lovely and clean. Hosts were very helpful.

The location - felt a bit unsafe for a solo woman. It was away from the centre and on a busy road/junction. The outside of the property needs some maintenance regarding the weeds/gardening. It is not clear where the parking is but I didn’t have a problem parking on the street nextdoor. It’s very dark outside at night.

Nice studio, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Easily accessible for Lidl and easy to find. Good clear instructions for entry and lovely host.

Not a very nice area for parking sorry can't give a true review we arrived a bit early but the key was in the box for us but when we went in the room hadhadn't been cleaned which was surprisingly because we had been informed that the cleaners will be in at 11 sharsharp and it was now 2.20pm so we moved our car and parked in a side turning where it felt a bit safer but we could still see the entrance but no one came we decided to try and book somewhere else and left-hand ,
