There wasn't anything not to like.

Barbara the owner was so welcoming and lovely. The breakfast supplied was excellent, such a selection, something for everyone. There isn't anything that we would change, it was a lovely weekend, hopefully we will be back next year

Barbara is an excellent host. The room was very comfortable and everything was spotless. Lovely continental breakfast spread at a time of your choosing in the morning. Great location about 5 minutes drive from Goodwood. Chichester centre is a straightforward 30 minute walk and has plenty of options for an evening meal. Ideal if you are bringing an interesting car to a Goodwood meet as there is off road parking at the rear where your car is out of site from the road.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and perfect for our visit to Goodwood. Barbara is a lovely, kind lady who looked after us superbly, gave us a lift part way to Goodwood. Breakfast consisted of freshly baked, croissants, fresh fruit, yoghurt, toast and preserves. A wonderful pot of freshly brewed tea. Enjoyed our chat and set us up for the drive home. Thank you.
