Netflix didn’t work IN the hot tub ( YouTube did so no complaints still ) and it did work in every other room

It was the perfect cozy couple night away I cannot fault the staff the room the location the facilities 10/10 lots of lovely restaurants only a walk away too!

I had an amazing experience staying at Serenity Apartments. The place was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The jacuzzi added a relaxing touch, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and private. Communication from the hosts was excellent throughout my stay friendly, professional, and quick to respond. Check in was smooth, and the location was convenient with everything I needed nearby. I truly appreciate the hospitality and attention to detail. Other then the outside of the building which looks washed down if I had to pick anything has the place is amazing on the inside

It was very clean and cosy the jet bath was amazing and having the tv in the bathroom was a bouns the host was amazing showed us how everything worked and even sent a list of food outlets that could deliver to are room however we chocie to cook the kitchen had everything needed in which to do so the added door into the garden was bouns for the smoker of a bf did use the sauna but great added touch if you wanted to use all in all we had a great stay here for restbit away from are caring roles has perants to disabled children would definitely recommend this place

This was our second time going, the rooms are beautiful and we really enjoyed both times. This time we went for my partners birthday and I added on a balloon package and i am so glad I did! This time going the reception had been upgraded, very modern and clean & the host is very friendly and approachable, explained how to use everything in the apartment. Would go again a third time!

Everything up to standard, clean, modern and aesthetically appealing, perfectly close to everything you’d want in the center with 20 min walk - 5-10 min drive. Customer service is impetuous. All was impeccable.

Nothing, it was great

Host was very welcoming and showed us how to use the sauna and jacuzzi. Room was very clean. Smart TVs included Netflix so was nice to be able to watch a film. Close to the centre and was only £5 in an uber. They also recommended places to eat which was nice considering it was our first time in Bradford.

It's a pity that the champagne in the extra service was non-alcoholic, but that's not so important and scary.

Everything was great. I made a surprise for my wife and she really liked it. We had a good time.

Our stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish! My husband treated me for my birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The room was lovely, exactly how we wanted it to be, beautifully decorated and so welcoming. Having our own private sauna and jacuzzi in the room was such a luxurious touch and made the experience even more special. We truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely be coming back again soon!

The room was beautiful. The hosts were very helpful/kind/polite. We received our damage deposit back very quickly within 2 days. We would 100% go back! Highly recommend for a couples night away, hot tub was boiling! We loved it.

Soon as we arrived, our host sadiya was on standby to greet us and let us in She was very informative on how everything works inside the apartment with a great sense of humour. Everything was flawless and faultless. Herself and the team really did an amazing job with decorating the room before our arrival as it was our 2nd anniversary and honestly the room looked great! Theres a booklet with instructions on how to navigate yourself around the apartment just in case of emergencies. Theres a lot of shops and places to eat literally on the doorstep from the location The rooms were spotless. We absolutely loved the sauna and spa bath You wont find a place better than this, it truly is a hidden gem If you haven't stayed here before then I personally advise that you do as you wont be disappointed. Not really sure where these negative reviews came from as we didnt experience anything negative throughout our entire stay. Perfect for couples/ families/ the boys. Give it a go if you haven't already and I will defo be using this place again and again The sauna inside the apartment can be quite addictive so be aware haha Honestly sadiya you were amazing See you again soon Many thanks for a everything The Mrs (nishy) said hi lol
