The window was broken on the bottom floor and had been put through from the inside as the glass was on the outside we asked for a refund as we was on a busy road and the traffic kept us awake all night

The location is perfect, and the staff are responsive, especially the heater works really well when the weather is cold.

-Smoking weed all the times.. -Friday night was so noisy and movement, lots of talking all through the night and I could not sleep, meanwhile, I had to go to work the next day.

The property is the worst I have ever seen. Right from the entrance and inside the property, nothing to write home about. Very unkept, no light in bathroom and unsafe for guests. The owner should get out of business if they can't run it

Sadly this place was incredibly uncomfortable to stay in, and very distressing. The room left me so sleepless and cold that I had to take a trip to A&E at 8am in the morning because I was unwell after a freezing nights sleep, during which I barely slept because there were noisy conversations happening throughout the night (at all hours) and police knocking on peoples rooms at 5am. It was unnerving, felt incredibly unsafe, and left me exhausted for my day of work. I cannot recommend staying, at all. The hosts were communicative when I needed them during my stay (helped me get in, replied in good fashion) and if you need the absolute basics and are comfortable with ear-plugs and your locked door then you might be alright. Even the door locks are just a code which is the same code used to enter the building, so anyone else getting into the building can access your room at anytime. It's not suitable for vulnerable people and I would avoid unless you are absolutely sure you're comfortable with all of the above. I'm grateful the hosts communicated instructions in the day, but hope they would consider refunding the price after a stay this troubled.

Back door not numbered so took a while to find as front door was damaged and not in use. Could do with a number on the back door.

disgusting blood on bed sheets damp carpet stunk of weed and smoke stains all over the walls pubes all over the bathroom screws on the carpet. mould in the bedroom, window was smashed. someone tried breaking in.. meanwhile the door has already been boarded up… a group of men where outside shouting and swearing demanding i let them in…. banging on the room window and kicking the front door to try and get in. really unsafe. only thing i can think of is it’s a for drug relation. never coming back again. white stains on the curtains and the headboard of the bed don’t want to imagine what they are. LOUD MUSIC AND SCREAMING.

absolutely disgusting blood on the bed sheets someone tried smashing our room window, the front door has been put thru, group of lads shouting and swearing demanding to be let into the building banging on the door and kicking it as well and the window. very unsafe especially for solo travellers. hairs all over the bathroom stains in the sink, nails and shit all over the carpet, stinks of smoke, damp room’s and damp smelly carpet

Well this is really annoying because if someone don’t no about area There’s no sign board no coution no building number the front door was closed with two bars of wood smell is everywhere Special when I entered the room unfortunately i never had a stay although i come back to my city which is 90miles away at the night time which is really hard to come back at late night just according to ur smelly room im sorry to say that all these but it’s 💯 true otherwise it doesn’t mean i have any issues

Had stayed here for a night several times before, the property is shabby, there is broken glass outside and stains down the walls, but the location is convenient, though this time it was awful. The property is not as advertised, There were people in the room opposite who were loud, had their door open playing music, and it sounded like someone was being slapped about in the room at one point. I don't know who these people were but they sounded horrible.. When I complained to the owner he was rude, saying I couldn't expect the place to myself, and he obviously lied. I didn't stay because of the other guests and his manner towards me which disrupted my plans for the day,. He has refused any refund and when I phoned his mobile there was a message from an AI robot.
