Check in at 3pm was probably a bit late - 2pm would have been better given we were going out. Otherwise a great apartment.

Great location. Everything we needed for our stay and a nice touch having milk, biscuits and toilet paper on our arrival.

This is an exceptional apartment. It is furnished to a very high standard. It is located in a perfect spot, overlooking the sea from an amazing terrace balcony. It is also situated at the end of the main shopping/drinking strip of the town (5 minute walk). The apartment is perfect for all groups - families, friends etc. Lots of private parking too. Comms with the host were excellent. Always available and answered questions promptly. We will certainly return to Hornsea and will absolutely stay at this apartment again. Book it with absolute confidence.

Excellent location with a sea view, 2 balconies both with different aspects and literally steps away from the beach. The kitchen was very well equipped and the sofas were extremely comfortable. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space for clothes. I cannot praise this apartment enough, we had a fabulous long weekend and would recommend without hesitation.

We loved everything about this property! The attention to detail was first class. You can really see and feel how the owner has gone above and beyond to make your stay a fabulous one! The style of the property was just our cup of tea, the cleanliness was Fab, the beds super comfy, the 2 balconies were an outstanding addition and the location superb!! The cookies and milk left by the owner was a thoughtful touch and we were very thankful. I would certainly come back and would bring the family no hesitation at all. Thank you for a wonderful homely stay!

Everything was great.

Clean and modern. The two balconies were amazing so you could see sunset and sun rise and we had one each to hide or bask in the sun. Rooms are a great size and the whole place is bright. The sea is a 1 minute walk and the middle beach is dog free. The stairs are tricky if you have mobility issues but that was my mistake not the apartment. Great upstairs space for cooking and hanging out. Walking distance to various restaurants but check opening times and days.

For this type of holiday it is great seaviews, 2 balconies, living area on the top floor , great pool opposite and everything you need in the property and surrounding area

Last minute family get together and what an amazing place we found, the location was just perfect.. right by the sea front and sea view The quality and cleanliness are superb , and I can not not fault anything. A beautiful lovely place to stay.

Fantastic location, wonderful to see the sea from the balcony. Incredibly clean, everything looked brand new and good quality. Very comfortable and plenty of space. Very quiet at night and in the morning despite being close to good amenities. The cafe at the leisure centre is very good value with plenty of seats. So many places to eat and shop within easy walking distance. The photos of this place really don't do justice to how clean and comfortable it was. Parking was very easy either in car park behind or on the road in front.
