Nothing I didnt like , if I had to say anything it would be no tv upstairs but it wasnt a issue. Just would have been nice to watch tv in bed before I went to sleep as i do that at home but alot of rentals dont have tvs in the bedrooms so its nothing out of the ordinary overall a great place to stay and would definatly recommend a stay here

Loved the cottage small and compact but comfortable including coffee tea milk and sugar, smart tv with netflix and itvx ect, everything you could possibly need for a few days away from home . The owners was lovely and showed us everything we needed to know on arrival. It was a hot day and it was really warm in the cottage and the owners brought us a fan around. We got Reccomended a local pub for food (white horse) that was abit on the pricey side for certain mains ( steak )but very nice food and worth the extra and being 5minutes walk away it was convienient . Overall I would definatly stay there again

Caroline was a wonderful and attentive host. The accommodation was just perfect with everything you could need. Finished to a very high standard. We'll be back.

Absolutely beautiful cottage, immaculate and very comfortable. Caroline left us some milk so we could have a cup of tea when we arrived, which was a welcome touch after our long journey. Pub just down the road for a drink and something to eat too. Will definitely be returning.

Lovely warm welcoming owners, very clean, fluffy towels, amazing night sleep in a very comfortable bed. The cottage was absolutely emaculate and the location is beautiful.

There is nothing to dislike about this property.

Peaceful setting. Beautifully furnished, well equipped and spotlessly clean. We were greeted by Caroline the owner who showed us how everything worked and also recommended local shops and places to eat. Milk and a bottle of wine in the fridge, tea and coffee, cleaning products and even shower gel was provided. Great location not far from both Haworth and Bradford. There is also the property next door which has two bedrooms and has been finished to the same high standard.

The cottage was perfect. Well designed, clean and in a very peaceful courtyard next to the owners home. It had everything we needed and made for a great place for our two night stay. The owner, Caroline, greeted us on arrival and showed us around the accomodation and made sure we had everything we needed. She made us feel very welcome and valued customers.

I recently stayed at South View Farm Cottage 1 and initially booked for just one night. However, I was so impressed with the experience that I extended my stay for an additional night—and I’m so glad I did. From the moment we arrived, Caroline and Steve proved to be some of the most exceptional hosts I’ve ever encountered. Caroline, in particular, was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She took the time to show us around the property, and it was immediately clear how passionate she is about delivering outstanding hospitality. The cottage itself exceeded all expectations. The photos on Booking.com simply don’t do it justice. It’s evident that an incredible amount of care, thought, and effort has gone into the design and furnishing of the space. Every item felt purposeful and of high quality—no detail was overlooked. The cottage was absolutely spotless; I couldn’t find a single speck of dust. I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches that enhanced the comfort of our stay. A small bottle of milk was provided upon arrival, along with tea, coffee, sugar, and other essentials. There was even a universal mobile phone charger placed conveniently on the bedroom coffee table, as well as a selection of reading books. A full-size iron and ironing board were also provided—details like these really make a difference. I was slightly worried regarding the wifi connection due to the farm being located in rural areas. I can confirm that the wifi connection was excellent! Overall, this stay was nothing short of exceptional. The cottage was beautiful, and the hospitality from Caroline and Steve made it truly unforgettable. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend South View Farm Cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful and perfectly appointed getaway.

Everything was PERFECT, there’s nothing not to like.

This place is an absolute home from home, very well equipped. The cottage is spotless, the towels are heavenly, thick and fluffy, and the bed is super comfy! Plenty of parking space, communication from Caroline and Steve, the hosts was exceptional, and what lovely people they are. Quality fixtures and fittings throughout, lovely outside furniture, there is also a lovely grassed area for sitting out too. Despite a previous review saying the WiFi is poor, the WiFi is NOT poor! It was great, Our phone signals weren’t great so because of the great WiFi we had no problems whatsoever. This place is a great find, a hidden gem and super close to Brontë country too.

Excellent hosts, friendly and welcoming. Cracking recommendations to local pub (The White Horse for food) and to relatively nearby Hebdon Bridge for a trip out the next day. Fantastic personable service and a lovely little cottage as well.

What an outstanding place to stay! My partner and I loved it that much we wanted to stay for another night! We were greeted by the most lovely welcoming woman, who made us feel right at home! We were given a tour and shown how to work everything in the place. We were even given directions and told were all the best places to eat out or where it was good to order a takeaway in! The place was spotless and had everything you could ever need! The bed was super comfy and felt like a marshmallow to sleep in. Also, the walk-in shower was incredible and lovely and warm. The place felt very homely, and Steve and Caroline were very accommodating to our needs. Wwe would 100% come back and stay again!

There is nothing to dislike!

This is an amazing property, decorated to exceptionally high standards with plenty of attention to detail. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. We had a great stay and will definitely be returning.

The mini house is absolutely gorgeous, it is immaculate and extremely well designed. Location is great & easy to find. Caroline & Steve kept in contact with us prior to the visit and Caroline welcomed us on arrival, giving us a tour around so we knew where everything was. There was even a bottle of milk in the fridge for us. You can tell the house of really thought about everything that a traveller could need even down to shower gel in the bathroom, which was good because we’dforgotten ours. Cannot fault South View Farm at all.

To begin the host was the most loveliest woman I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She gave us a quick tour around the property and helped us with any questions we had. The property is on a lovely piece of land and was local to many takeouts/ restaurants.
