I can't really complain about anything personally. If you were to consider staying and you had limited mobility, I would ask for a room on ground floor as there's no lift...this is basically because it's a house.

Rachel and Andrew went the extra mile to accommodate for my personal requirements. Their rooms are very comfortable and clean. Had a hearty breakfast each morning even though I have special dietary needs. They are located centrally to trains, buses and shops.

The b and b , was clean tidy, bright and airy. It was close to al the amenities, the hosts was very good, above and behond. Lovely breakcfast.

The B&B is in a perfect location, just a 5-minute walk from the train station, with a bus stop just around the corner. The hosts were very welcoming and had even prepared my room early since I arrived in Newquay earlier. My room was spacious and bright, and breakfast offered a nice selection of cereals, yoghurt and hot options, including vegetarian choices. I was completely satisfied with my stay. Special thanks for the outstanding service: I had forgotten a piece of jewellery in the room and they immediately offered to send it to me in Switzerland. Many thanks for such a wonderful stay – I would highly recommend it!

On arrival Rachel & Andrew were very welcoming. The room was clean and tidy with tea and coffee in the room. The breakfasts were well presented with good homely cooking. A very pleasant stay.

There was nothing detrimental to say about the property.

Everywhere was decorated beautifully. Our room was in sage green and white with grey and white check accessories. Very clean and clean looking. Very well organised by Rachel and Andrew. Rachel and Andrew made our holiday, nothing was too much trouble. Andrew organised a parking space for us and the breakfasts were superb. All in all a wonderful holiday. Thank you Rachel and Andrew.

Shower was on the small side although there was plenty of hot water. No shower gel or shampoo was provided but I had brought my own. Some fresh fruit at breakfast would have been nice. TV in room was in a strange position , almost on the ceiling !

Good location close to a bus stop, Comfortable room and nice cooked breakfast to order. Rachel and Andrew were very nice as hosts. Room was cleaned every day and my single room was pleasant .

The rooms were quite small throughout but they had made good use of what was available. I didn't like going to the separate toilet to my room but that's a personal choice & not all the rooms were like this.

I liked everything but would be nice to have parking but due to the area that's not possible. Maybe a discount for Asda parking?

Staff were very helpful and breakfast was great. I especially liked how you could choose from 3 different options for breakfast (continental, door service, or takeaway bag) really good idea.
