The hotel has a great location. It's very close to the city center within walking distance. The rooms are on the ground floor near the street, but it's very safe to stay and quiet. The host is very helpful. The rooms are clean and very comfortable.

Quite noisy, as it's right on the street. The shower has no curtain so the bathroom is soaked after every shower. Despite the name it's not a hotel but a one room apartment with direct access from the street.

Lovely host, and great location. Facilities were clean.

It was quite cold and even the central heating and AC on couldn’t help. Anyway, overall it was an excellent place for a short-term stay.

Located just 200 m from Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, nice design, had everything you need for a stay, friendly staff.

Close to the centre of Mtskheta, very comfortable accommodation - more of a studio than a hotel but not a problem for us!

Clean room - The room was very neat and clean. The bathroom was clean as well. Friendly host - The host was friendly and proactively responded. Great location - The room was located on main road, just 2 minutes walk from the main church, 5 minutes walk from Samtavro. Also there is a park just in front of the room. There are convenience stores also in the locality.

Very nice hotel, in the city center, close to a bakery and supermarket, nice room with a kitchen where you can cook. The host was care and welcoming. Recommended.

Nice cozy room with good location in heart of Mtskheta and near the big Supermarket and delicious bakery, everything is clean Bed was comfortable 😊 It's very common in Georgia to named Rooms like this as hotel and I read some bad review about it but as I said it's very Common and it's not a problem at least in Georgia

2 issues: There was a powercut for the whole neighborhood just after we arrived. This meant that there was no lights, hot water or A/C. We were going into Tbilisi for Supper, so this was not a major issue. During the night, the A/C in our room was NOT amazing. I cleaned the filter and set it to 16 degrees, but the room was still not cool. It was just about acceptable.

A small apartment Hotel in Mtskheta just north of Tbilisi. The Town was pretty quiet, and MUCH cheaper than Tbilisi. There are plenty of things to see in the area. Apart from that, there was a kitchenette in our room, it was clean and comfortable, and the price was excellent. There were also shops within a few meters walk of the room.

The location, 2 minutes walking to the old city, room was nicely decorated, there is a backery in front of the apartment and a market two minutes walking. The owner was very nice.

Pretty strange going in straight from the street, but it wasn’t loud at night and also you are two steps from the bakery from your doorway :D

the room is good enough for a small family, clean and cozy room. there is heater, air conditioner, washing machine and kitchen facility provided. attraction is just nearby. very convenient to buy groceries in this location. if you are driving by youself, roadside carpark everywhere, even just infront of your room.

There is some issue with the ants.

The apt was clean, comfortable and warm. The owner let me check in earlier and i really appreciated it.

Our booking was for 4 people but we had only towels and sheets for 2, when we contacted the host this issue was solved immediately There was a strong humidity odor from the bathroom. This was the greatest disadvantage because there was nothing that could be done to fix it for the stay.
