Following my stay, I asked to leave my big bag for few hours, at the hotel, since my flight were late at nifgt. They didn't agree. Finally, after I baged, They let me leave my bag under a table' for few hours, but they demanded 40% of room price for a night. I was very dissapointed that they expoite my problem

There’s a dog that likes to lie down in the kitchen or shared bathroom. The problem is, after doing his business in the yard, he comes back inside with pee on his paws. You can literally see wet footprints all over the floor. It’s pretty gross. The shared bathroom smells really bad. It’s obvious no one is cleaning it properly. Just rinsing with water isn’t enough. You need real cleaning products to get rid of the strong ammonia smell. There’s no cleaning service at all. The host barely does anything, just takes out the trash and that’s it. The bathroom is very small, and there’s no shower stall or divider. You have to shower right in the middle of the bathroom floor, and by the end, everything is wet like a mini flood happened. There’s a washing machine in the kitchen, still wrapped like it’s brand new, but you’re not allowed to use it. If you want to do laundry, you have to pay extra for the host to do it on their own machine. It doesn’t make any sense. The room stays dim all day because there’s not much sunlight. It feels a bit gloomy, especially if you rely on natural light to feel energized. The mattress isn’t comfortable at all. It feels like sleeping on an old sponge.

On the bright side, the host is super friendly and easy to talk to. The location is right in the heart of everything, so getting around is a breeze. Wi-Fi is excellent. The kitchen has got the basics covered: stove, microwave, fridge, and plenty of pots, pans, and dishes to cook your meal.

The location is perfect in the middle of the old city, 3 minutes walk from Freedom Square, metro and bus station, and next to many restaurants, the room was well furnished and quiet, everything was clean and tidy, the bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was clean, excellent value for money, the host was a friendly and kind man, Im so satisfied with my stay in this hostel and I will definitely come back next time, thanks grandp🌹

It is a guest house so you don't really have the level of privacy/anonymity you would in a hotel. The people are nice though.

Very nicely furnished room, clean, has all you need. Bed was very comfy. Great location and excellent value for money.

They tried to put me in a room without window, but end up I got one with window after negotiation. Very limited toilet paper.

Grandpa always locks the front door, making it inconvenient to get in and out.

The room is clean and tidy, close to Liberty Square in the city center, and only a 5-minute walk from the subway.

It's highly recommended to have two trash cans in the room and the bathroom, and a hair dryer would be beneficial to have in each room.

The location of this hotel is really great! At this price, you can stay in a single room, and if you want to stay in other rooms in the same area at this price, you can only stay in a youth hostel. The old man who received me was very kind and gentle, and there was a very obedient dog. I saw that there were comments because the dog gave a bad review. In fact, the dog was very obedient and never barked or broke the rules. Always, the value for money is really high.

Location is perfect. Everything is so clean and neat. Hot shower works! Teo is super helpful and nice. Grandpa is adorable. And don't forget the dog! Such a cutie. I had a very memorable stay at this place.

No negative comments at all.

This is a small but very cosy and comfortable guest house. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very clean with nice hot water. There is a very well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. The man who runs the hostel is very nice but has limited English, but he is helped by a younger woman who is always available on messages or upstairs. The guesthouse location is great, close to Liberty Square with transport and it is right next door to some great restaurants and bars (check out Amo Rame and Pasanauri). The entrance to the guesthouse is also guarded by a huskie dog called Palto who is very cute and friendly to guests! The place is extremely good value.

Teo and her father Nodari is the impossible person (i more talk with Nodary), they really friendly and tolcative! They are know Georgian/Russian and English (Teo, maybe Nodari). Don't hesitate to ask Nodary about Georgia and Tbilisi - he really good know all and i sure he answer and help you! >House placed in center Tbilisi (Liberty Square) that really good for work. >Internet in my room was near 30/30 Mb/s (really good for work and live) >Room was clear, with bathroom (shower + sink + toilet) and 2x size bad, also was fridge, locker and trash box. In room was warm/hot (i think ~22°C may be more) >One minus (but not for me) - noise between 22:00-00:30 but maybe its because i was there in New Year and Christmas holiday! For work or intensive trip - the best choise! For travel with children - i don't sure. ________ About food and shops: On the other side of the road (behind the glass doors) bakery with tasty pies (1-3 GEL). I found more tasty bakery in the city, but they are far). Below (near Square) shop "SPAR" there you can buy cheap water Borjomi (1L near 2GEL). In my little trip i drink so much this water.... Take more - in mountains or in Botanical Garden - i sure you are will want to drink. And a lot of cafe and restaurant above. P.S. I forget to ask them why this place named "biker guesthouse" in fact i dont saw motorcycle and their driver? Its really horny and safety place in center of city.

No one at the reception when I arrived at 21:10 ( I gave estimated arrival time 20:00-21:00). There was a piece of paper on the wall with 2 numbers- English and Russian. The English one did not work. Finally I asked some group of people on the street to ring the Russian speaking number and a lady came downstairs and let me in.
