I loved everything about this hotel! The location is perfect, right next to the bus station, making it super convenient. My room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. A special shoutout to Tamula for her incredibly friendly and attentive service—she truly made me feel at home and helped with everything I needed. The price was also very affordable, which made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay in the city center of Mestia.

Not a dislike, but a slight inconvenience. The property was a little hard to find, although once found it was seen to be clearly signposted. An additional sign in the main street, if possible, would be helpful. Otherwise, nothing else not to like.

The location was very good, just off the main highway through Mestia, but very quiet. The balcony looked out across the town, past a couple of the old watchtowers that are a feature of the town. The bed was comfortable, and the room - we upgraded ourselves to a family room for some additional space - was well equipped. Parking was available on the property downstairs. Breakfast, served in the adjacent main building only 50m away, was varied and more than adequate. Overall, a very good base for exploring the Svaneti region around Mestia.

Staff very engaged in helping in absolutely everything you might need. Breakfast is excellent. Old building is very nice with a patio and very good views. They have a svan tower besides. Located at 75 m of the main square. So; it's been a pleasure to stay there

I would say that this place is ❤️ of Mestia. The place is so beautiful and spectacular. The best part for me was the terrace, where I had my coffee in the morning. I could stopped for while and just be with my self which I needed. Also the ladies running the place so friend and welcoming and the breakfast they make delicious. I would love to take the energy of this place with me and keep it for rever.

We had difficulties finding the place. A big sign by the road had been helpful. There was also some confusion about our booking when we arrived, but the hostess managed to solve whatever problems they had.

A bit pricier than other guesthouses but the room had private bathroom, so it was more like a hotel.

soundproofing in building wasnt great. had a family downstairs that made a lot of noise but luckily only for one night.

The shower is too small and does not close, but it’s manageable.

Location, proximity to places of interest such as the main square, restaurants and cafe, museums etc. The host Tamuna is above and beyond wonderful Georgian standards, she is incredibly hospitable and accommodating, always responsive to requests. Breakfasts are amazing. The from the terrace is beautiful.

The beds are quite hard - some people might like better than I do ´ minimum service ´ at check-in - not the warm welcome one can expect from a guest house
