The kitchen is not really welcoming for cooking and being around and the owner of the place is there 24/7, sleeping on a coach or cleaning the place 24/7 because of his scare about chemical attacks.

The room and location was really nice for one night in Tbilisi.

Very noisy in the at night. There is a night club around the corner and other bars nearby. I was too tired to put my ear plugs in. It would have been better with ear plugs. It was fine for a short stay. Handy location.

- Walls with no soundproofing: you can literally hear what your neighbors talk about. - If you prefer going to bed early, you won't make it because of noise going from the club near to this place - We had a bunch of pretty nice talks with the host, but once he found out I have a Russian citizenship, he started yelling and insulting me in mix of georgian and English. Actually, I am already used to being judged by my citizenship nowadays (that's why I have to use Turkey in my booking account), but I don't think this behavior is acceptable for the host

The man running this "guest house" is an absolute lunatic. Do not stay anywhere close to this place. The man is dangerous. I was assaulted and was afraid for my safety. The reason? I used the restroom. I had to sneak out in the middle of the night when he was asleep, and of course lost all my money. The big problem here is that this platform is hiding the real reviews and shows som strange good reviews that are really old. Again, the man is dangerous, and this is a general warning. DO NOT STAY HERE

A bit hard to find, cause it's a small almost hidden passage from a main street and there are no particular signs around to navigate to the exact location. But once you found, it's super easy to come again, so not a big deal of a problem actually.

Everything is just great: very centric location, just in the middle of the historical core of the city, easy to get everywhere. The owner is super friendly, helping and caring. The common spaces are always very clean and well maintained, AC in the hall is present. Totally like and recommend.

Excellent Guest House minutes from Freedom Square the Metro and bus to Tbilisi Airport.Also shuttles to Kutaisi Airport. Attractively furnished rooms complete with bedside lamps electric plugs and full length mirrors, some with TV and AC. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need plus coffee machine microwave and full gas range. Immaculate bathrooms.Washing machine. Without doubt offers great value in an otherwise pricey area. Highly Recommended.Do not miss the opportunity to stay.

Owner was a very good guy and understandable. I had a very early check in which is at 6 am, and unfortunately next day they were fully booked, however my stuff was there secure and safe, which is very rare in Tblisi. I really enjoyed my stay, very close to city by walk only. The great location next to the park and there are a lot of clubs and restaurants, very good place. And place is safe with all needful stuff. I do recommend to everyone who is planning to stay there.

I am not sure what this place actually is. The landlord comes and goes, and there seem to be another guy living there permenantly. Besides those two you might have 1 or 2 "roommates", but the whole situation is very unsocial and weird. During 3 nights I saw the landlord twice, and the only thing he said was "pay". No "welcome" or "how are things". The others living there were like ghosts; a lot of noise but nowhere to be seen. It felt quite uncomfortable and like a very dysfunctional co-living apartment. The landlord was helpful with our check-in and check-out, but it also seemed like he didn't like having people there. We had heard great things about Georgian hospitality before coming here, but this place was not it. A lot of the reviews seem to be either fake or from "another era".

The apartment is in pretty good shape apart from the kitchen, and having two bathrooms is very practical. Everything was clean, and the location is absolutely perfect. This might be a good option if you want to live very central and on a budget (and plan to spend as little time as physically possible in the accomondation).

very thin wall and no soundproof, although everything is pretty noisy: squeaky floor, doors, bed. I was lucky to come back when all my neighbors were sleeping, otherwise i might be witnessed of their talks, deals and body sounds.

My room was very cozy and spacious. I quickly started feeling at home even though far away from my actual home. The owner is very nice and polite, he kept the hostel clean and tidy every morning. It was an absolute pleasure to spend time at Corner.
