It was difficult to find as it does not have a sign outside and Google maps sent us the wrong way. The walls are thin and the man in the next room kept us awake speaking loudly on his phone until the early hours. It's up a steep hill but not far from the Old Town so it's a good location. Our room had no windows. This was fine for an overnight stay before our flight.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Towels were provided. The owner was lovely, her daughter spoke some English which was helpful. The shared bathroom was directly opposite the room and it was clean and the water was hot. The owner offered us tea and coffee a couple of times and brought us some cake, which was kind. The view from the outside is stunning, you look over the whole of Tbilisi. Great location, walking distance to the Old Town. Very good value for money.

I like the area,it's within the old Tibilisi,old houses was a nice sight.And walking distance from the Mother of Georgia,Cable Car,National botanical Garden,Sulfur bathhouses.There's a city view on my window room.You can see the Holy Trinity Church from afar.The owner of the house feels like my mom from other country.Thank you so much,mama!

The property’s location is a bit on top that is why it is quiet difficult to climb on the inclined road especially when you are carrying heavy luggages.

I went to Georgia to celebrate the new year. Although the property is old i like the fact that it is clean and tidy. Also, the guesthouse owner Zainab and Nino are very helpful. She even gave me food on the new year. She didn’t speak much english but we somehow we are able to communicate with each other. The room temperature is just right that i could sleep properly at night. Plus the location is very near in the city which is i like the most.

Everything was fine, a real good value for the money.

A great warm reception from the family, who make you feel at home. The room is small but it has all that you need and the bathroom is conveniently located right next to it. Also, it's located in the heart of the old town from where you can visit the main attractions of the city.

I stayed literraly to sleep for a night. Nice bed and clean bathroom. Good value for money. Lovely host.

İf you are looking for privacy this place is not for you. the common area and kitchen is a problem. The owner of the place is sharing the common room(her living room) with her guests or friends who are mostly around.. you have to pass via common room to get to kitchen. And the kitchen and living room is locked by the owner lady around 21.00. so you can't use the kitchen or the common area after those hour. The owner doesn't speak English.
