Perfect location with 360 panoramic view of beautiful landscape. July summer season with cool breeze of wind from snowy mountain made our stay even more pleasant & memorable.

The location and the cleanliness and the fact that there were only 2 insects (WHICH IS MIND BLOWING FOR THIS JUNE-JULY SEASON) and the owner coordinated with us personally all the time. The view from this cottage is unlike the ones in the others that have buildings Infront of them.

The interior wasn't well done (thin/frail wooden boards for the staircase railing), it wasn't super clean (hair on bed sheets, under the pillow etc)

The house looks nice from the outside and has beautiful views. The host was always reachable via whatsapp.

The house contains more than enough facilities like: clean bedroom , towels, bathrobe, teeth brushes and teeth paste, sleepers, shampoo, the kitchen is fully equipped, the house had 3 big warm batteries, in the house it is really warm. The balcony is amazing with a stunning view of Kazbek. There is also a manual.

The only thing, I'll add is some heating system or extra blankets. Night was really chilled.

Chalet is located just on the side of the city, which means you have beautiful view from the front and the back windows. We had a little trouble with getting in (Internet connection didn't let us read the message from the host), but on the gate door you can find phone number and when we called, everything was explained to us in English. My partner liked that he could parked the car in proper private space. I really appreciated hot water and the best view from the shower window ever. Chalet itself is very good taken care of, clean.

When we arrived we called the number and they didn’t know we were coming. They then said we couldn’t stay in the cottage that we had booked. They moved us to another cottage. This was fine but the one we booked had two bedrooms as were a father and daughter travelling together. The other cottage had a bed and a sofa bed. It wasn’t great to be moved to a smaller place without any communication and still charged the same price.

The view was incredible, it was really clean and newly done everything was comfy and it was nice to have the terrace.

First I want to start to talk about the communication with the owner; this was patchy - I had to reach out to him to get details on the check in, we did not hear from him until last minute. The place was not clean at all. When we entered the shower was full of hair and very dirty. The owner did send his relative the next morning, she just picked the hair up. No scrubbing or detergent used. And tried to argue with me that there was ‘little hair’ Anyways, I got a lot of itching during the night in the lower parts of my legs, to the point I had to put on my workout clothes to cover up my whole legs. At this point I didnt think too much into it because I thought maybe I am overthinking because of what I saw in the shower. Fast forward to two weeks later, turns out I have SCABIES Avoid this place if you dont want to bring home unwanted souvenirs. Ah and to be completely honest we did get a 10lari discount on the full price…

The 2 cottages are great if you are a small family or group, as long as you have no need to use the downstairs sofas…..they both were broken and not clean which for our group of 2 families was a big issue discovered late at night when trying to use them. With heavy rain the cottages start to leak… I just think the place need a bit more attention from the owner as some of facilities are already outdated and broken… Not enough glasses, plates to serve the number of people the cottages are announced to be suitable for…

The location and view is amazing!!! Directly exposed to the Gergeti Trinity Church and Mt. Kazbek 🤩 Very attentive remote staff that was quickly responding to the issues.

There was no water for 12 hours and I was booked for nights I cancel the second one due to no water they forced me to pay more money . The owner was not friendly
