Amazing host very kind and wanted everything to be great for our stay. For us it was great it’s not in the center but instead you have amazing views and very comfortable stay with friendly neighbors, hostess and it is a very quiet place that we loved. Many interesting places to visit all around Mestia that we liked very much and I recommend to go by car to really get to opportunity to explore how you like. I recommend this place and will absolutely go back to stay longer because it is so much to enjoy all around.

What a nice place! The rooms are spacious and clean, Theona is a wonderful host and the location is perfect, if you prefer quiet nights and beautiful walks. We had a great time and even returned after a short detour to Ushguli. Highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. The room was spacious, spotless, and the mattress very comfortable. We also loved the beautiful view from the balcony. We will definitely come back!

Very nice hostess, she took care of us like her own family. Delicious and large homemade breakfast with a wide selection, from which we also made a snack for the trek. However, when the hostess found out that we were going on a long hike in the mountains, she packed another snack for us and brought it to the room. There is a large garden and two dogs, one of whom just had puppies. They are very cuddly. Beautiful view from the balcony. She also did our laundry. There is the possibility to make tea and coffee at any time during the day for free.

Teona is absolutely the nicest and most helpful host. Whatever requirement we had, be it transportation or food, or itinerary recommendations, she was there to help. She went out of her way to make sure we had a comfortable stay and enjoyed our time in Mestia. The guesthouse is also at a great location, at a walking distance to the main parts of the city, and is surrounded by serene fields. I would absolutely love to stay here again. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

If we had to mention something negative, it would only be that the shower doesn’t have a screen or curtain, so the whole bathroom gets wet after someone takes a shower. However, we’ve seen this in other guesthouses as well, so it’s probably something typical in Georgia.

This guest house has been the best one we've stayed at during our trip around Georgia. The food they prepare (we had both breakfast and dinner) is delicious, homemade, and plentiful. The room was clean and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate three adults. There’s a porch that gets sunlight all day long, and we even had our own private terrace. The whole family is incredibly attentive and helpful. The value for money is excellent. 100% recommended!

The best guesthouse we have stayed in so far! All the reviews say you feel like home here, and this is 100% true. Theona, as a hostess, goes above and beyond to provide everything you might need—and much more. For example, when our car broke down, Theona helped us solve the problem and assisted us in reaching places we couldn't get to without a car. The place is extremely pet-friendly, and the cuisine is absolutely delicious! Highly recommended!

A home away from home! The host is warm and friendly and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the small touches like the hammock and outside seating area, tea and coffee and the cakes our host gave us in the morning. We also loved being greeted by the family’s dogs and cat each time we came home. The property is a little outside the town which made for peace and tranquility. We stayed 3 nights and loved it.

Impossible to describe all hospitality of Teona’s family. Good place for children - they can play with cat, dogs, can look on cows and pig walking families. Strongly recommended to order amazing breakfasts! Impossible to eat it all, you can take it with provided lunch-boxes for daily hiking. Quiet, relax, country-atmosphere with skystar-view and Svans’ Towers nearby. Tea, nescafe coffee, sugar are free during all day with common teapot. Good central heating system. Private parking.

My stay here was absolutely exceptional! The hosts are very nice and hospitable people who made me feel at home. In the morning, a delicious breakfast was served, and the hostess also treated us to her homemade pastries, which were simply amazing! The rooms were comfortable, very clean and well-equipped. A huge plus was the help of the host, who offered transport to the station, which was very convenient for us. The house is located in a quiet area, just a 20-minute walk from the center. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm atmosphere and a comfortable stay!

I loved my stay here! Very sweet host who made me feel welcome and comfortable. She happened to be in the center so she gave me a lift to the house. She also got out of her way to book me a seat on the minivan for my travels next day, which I would have missed without her help. Though I had to leave early she prepared me a whole breakfast and gave it to me to eat on my way. The house is very peaceful at the border of the town and close to the river. For me it was perfect since I was tired of the busy and touristy center. The house has a big veranda looking onto a beautiful and well kept garden with a mountain view. My personal highlight was their little kitten. I fully recommend to stay here and hope I can return soon!

Extremely nice hosts. We booked on short notice but after a bumpy ride into mestia they immediately proposed to pick us up from the center. We arrived at a beautifully kept house where were kindly greeted and shown our room which looked great. After an amazing nights sleep we were handed some homemade cake and wished a great day ❤️❤️
