The hosts were very hospitable, the room was clean with adequate heater, tye bathroom had plenty of hot water. There is also a kitchen with coffee and tea. All this for a great price.

Ideal location in town 2 minutes from the bus station. Rooms were cozy with their own heaters and had a fully equipped kitchen. The view was so nice from the deck you barely have to leave the place. Highlight was the owner. Very sweet lady who surprised me with breakfast before an early bus.

First of all, the location of the guesthouse is in the center. Very comfortable. The host was very friendly and made us delicious breakfast and dinner. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are clean and warm. There is a hot shower and toilet facilities such as towels, toilet paper, a sink and a hair dryer. The guesthouse is located right at the start of the trail to Ushguli from Mestia, so it was perfect for us. I'll definitely recommend staying here.

It was a great place to stay ! We came for 1 day and stayed 3 ! The owner is very friendly, the room and bathroom are clean, and you have access to a kitchen. Also, the garden was very nice, with a view on montagnes. .

This is a nice accommodation in the heart of town, just minutes from the marshrutka drop-off point. My room was comfortable, there's a large shared kitchen, and a good breakfast is offered early for hikers. The hostess is really welcoming, and you can use Google Translate for communication. An enjoyable stay!

We loved staying at the old town guesthouse. Inesa is a wonderful host with a big, genuine heart. She looks after her guests very well, surprising you with homemade yoghurt and cake. The place is spotlessly clean, the rooms quite small but super cosy. The kitchen area and balcony are perfect spaces to socialize and meet other travelers. We loved the location - close to the river with big beautiful garden, and everything is close by. Would stay at old town GH any time again.

My second time here and it was just as amazing as before! Nini and her mom truly make you feel like part of the family - she cares for you like a loving mother. The whole place is spotless, with a cozy room and a clean kitchen. Still, I can't recommend enough to try their cooking it's generous, full of flavor, and made with so much heart. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the marshutka station. I left once again with a full stomach and a warm feeling - can't wait to return!

One bathroom and shower for all so sometimes you will need to wait for your turn but i expected that and thats not so bad:)

Absolutely amazing stay! Nini and her mom were so nice and welcoming, The room common area and kitchen were very clean! There is access to the kitchen tho i recommend to try their cooking's,too good! And soo much food! The location is very close to the marahutka station I loved it!

Without a doubt, the best guesthouse in Mestia!!! The location is devine, it's so close to the city centre but right on the river with a beautiful garden to relax in. The hiking trails are close, the chairlift is close, and the city centre is close. The guesthouse is very clean, the kitchen is great to cook simple meals, the view is amazing. The hosts are so lovely and do all they can to be helpful. I would have loved to stay so much longer!

Location, also I was there in the kitchen around breakfast time and they lady had laid out breakfast for another table.. and when she saw me there.. she gave me some breakfast too.. I booked last minute l.. literally 3 mins before I went to old town because the place i booked told me when I arrived that they did not have water.. the lady was waiting for me on such short notice.. I was so grateful. .. the cows grazing and the sound of the river were a delightful rural life experience

The location was perfect. The bus station was 5 minutes walk away. Shopping for virtually everything you might need is easy walking distance. Many cafes, resturants, bars are close by. I loved the sound of the river-- the perfect "sleep aid". Best of all, Ineza is a wonderful host, the one could ask for.

The rooms are not large, and the toilet is shared, but it is kept very clean and the wifi is also excellent.

I loved staying here - the guesthouse is in such a great location, only 200m from the bus stop and centre of Mestia, but overlooking a beautiful green garden, the river and the mountains. It is very quiet and peaceful, and the lady who runs it is incredibly kind and welcoming, bringing gifts of fresh cake and homemade yoghurt. You are also welcome to leave bags here for collecting after completing the walk to Ushguli.

The landlady is very kind. Although we don't speak the same language, I can clearly feel her kindness and friendliness. She even helped me carry my luggage, which was really heavy. I'm very grateful. The room is cozy and warm, and very clean and tidy. Every night I fall asleep to the sound of flowing water, and every morning I'm woken up by the gentle sunlight. It's just like being in a dream. Because I was going hiking, I left my luggage at her place for about four days, completely free of charge. She even carried it to the door for me. When I left, she hugged and kissed me. I really felt full of love and joy. If I come again next time, I will definitely stay here! I love this place!

A great place that has everything you need for an good stay. The breakfast is great and the location is very convenient. Everything is clean and tidy. The veranda offers a great view, and the sound of the river and the singing of birds contributes to a great night's sleep. Thanks to the warmth and hospitality of Inessa, the time spent in Mestia is unforgettable.

This was my favorite hostel in Georgia. The owner was so friendly and nice - one of the sweetest people I met in the entire country. Great location, value, and amenities. I would go back and stay for 6 months if I could.

I wish I had more time in Mestia.

Everything is so nice here. The hostess lady is super friendly and helpful. The room has good lighting and view. Clean and fully equipped with hot water and even a hair dryer. Location wise, it is near the start of the trail head to Ushguli and minutes walk to town center. I was allowed to deposit some luggage here before hiking to Ushguli and it's definitely helping for saving some energy. It has a nice garden next to the river and you can dry your clothes there with natural sunlight, and cook some meals in the kitchenette is also possible.

The shared bathroom can lead to a bit of waiting time when all rooms are being booked but that’s just a minor issue.

The location is directly in town. The owner was so kind to take care of our washing after finishing the mestia to Ushguli hike. There is a kitchen for communal use and a seating area in the garden.
