I'd fully recommend this place! The location and the view are absolutely perfect. I especially loved the veranda, which has sun loungers – ideal for sunbathing. Although the cottage is close to the road, there's very little traffic and absolutely no noise. The atmosphere is peaceful and cozy. The only sound you might hear is the sound of cows from the nearby pastures, which makes even more natural, rural feel of the place. The host is very attentive and polite. The cottage is clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. Don’t forget to bring a bottle of Georgian wine and enjoy your stay!

Breathtaking views, peaceful atmosphere and great comfort regardless the remote location. I loved the bed, going to sleep accompanied by stars and frogs, waking up to see surrounding mountains and birds. Hot shower in the morning and fresh coffee. I’m coming back for more!

The property was just, wow! As we were approaching but driving past to get to the mountains earlier in the day, my partner (who did not book any of the accommodations for the trip) said wow! Look at that, that’s really cool! To which I said we were staying there tonight, he was very impressed. It has everything you need, excellent facilities for cooking, cleaning, entertaining etc. The bed was extremely comfortable, we didn’t want to leave. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Would love to stay again sometime!

I recently stayed at Gzaze, a stunning property in the heart of Kazbegi, Georgia, and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, the view of Mount Kazbek was breathtaking, with the towering peak visible from almost every room. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and beautifully designed with large windows to take full advantage of the surrounding natural beauty. Water supply is not comfortable - which you can expect from such remote place. There is hot water, but it’s difficult to have a shower because you can’t have warm water for more than a minute - it either gets too hot or too cold. Well, at least in two nights I didn’t figure out how to do that))

Location and view - amazing! Even better than photos! There are no tourists around and no town feeling like in Stepantsminda or Gudauri. Only a few cars passing by. Here you are really close to nature. Trecking options start ten min from your home. Good bed. Warm home.

The location is sensational. How you wake up in the morning with the giant mountain in front of you is fantastic. It's in a quiet and picturesque area, you might see horses and / or sheep around the house.

The villa is amazing, big, spacious, clean and the view is breathtaking. The villa is isolated. We felt like we were alone in the world. They thought of all the little details, we didn't lack anything. We had a great time and I'm sure we'll come back again

I read the previous reviews and expected the fire grill to be prepared before arrival, or at least there would be all supplies like charcoal/firewood/fire ignition liquid. But it was only grill itself, so I had to drive to a few supermarkets in stepantsminda to find charcoal and ignition liquid.

It is a great location, fully isolated, view is stunning. House is excellent and accurate, everything needed was there - good bed (there are 2 double) good kitchen, bathroom and music speaker. Good terrace and grill. I visited Kazbegi area several times and I can say the morning view is one of the best even compared to famous alternative hotels this place might be a good option for those who wanna make everything by themselves and feel fully isolated. The owner is great and easy to communicate
