India4 Reviews1 helpful voteDisappointingThe room were not clean, the floor didn't feel very comfortable, the washrooms could be much better, a simple cleaning with cleanser would also do the trick. The wardrobe had plastic and waste in it. The lock wasn't working on main door and had to struggle to get the same done. The window was in the roof, and was a struggle to close, which didn't even lock properly. The main passage floor you could feel the feet sticking maybe due to the oily smoke from the restaurant. I had to cut short my stay. I had to spend a night as it was almost midnight when I reached there. My next day excursion was so tiring as couldn't rest well. I was like a zombie.
The staff was ok, not bad.

The neighborhood has small streets, which makes the same car traffic very leisurely. At the same time, there is a metro and bus station within a five-seven minute walk, tourist spots if you are interested. The rooms are clean and neat. The owner of this house - a special bravo. Attentive, caring and patient person (I do not speak and understand English well, had to use a translator). A person who tries to build a polite and respectful communication. Definitely a huge thanks and respect and a recommendation to anyone who wants a good experience during their travels.

You can pick and enjoy fresh Grapes and figs at the door of the Sindh House ... Wow!! The guest house owner is a gentleman who manages everything as a qualified, well-learned person. The fridge was full of fresh fruits, and guests could enjoy it without prior permission or price. It was a good experience being a guest of the Sindh House. I recommended it to travelers of Tbilisi.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Rooms were clean 👌 and beds were comfortable. The property host is a gentleman who knows how to respect each other and built relations based on honor and respect. I would love to book again for my next trip to Georgia.
