Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

New ZealandThe location was a bit further from the centre than we realised, but Yandex is cheap enough and you can also use the metro.
We really enjoyed our stay at Vere Corner Hotel. The room was a good size with a big, comfortable bed and a great shower, complete with a hairdryer and free toiletries. We loved being able to use the well-equipped, spotless kitchen downstairs — it made our stay feel very convenient. It was also great to have access to the washing machine and to store our luggage for a few days while we visited Sighnaghi. The receptionist was kind and very welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

SpainI love this little hotel, it’s my third time here. Great value for low price. Clean, friendly staff, basic but neat rooms. Location is perfect, it’s actually the best area to stay if you want to be next to all the best coffee places and nice cafes, and get away from old-town touristic area (although you can get there fast and easy by bus).

GeorgiaI had a wonderful stay at Johna's guesthouse! The cleanliness was impeccable — everything was spotless and well-maintained. John is a truly welcoming and kind host, always ready to help and make you feel at home. The place has a cosy and warm atmosphere. You can tell it's all done with care and love. And the price is very reasonable — great value for money. Highly recommended! I’d definitely come back again.

BahrainFor me, the hotel meets all the criteria I need for a comfortable stay in Tbilisi. Keep in mind, however, that it is a small, unpretentious, family-run hotel (characteristcs in hotels I really value), there are only about ten rooms in total [all located on the second floor (American usage) or on first floor (British usage} accessible by stairs only] so reserve in advance to avoid disappointment.
Good rooms; fairly spaciouas; comfortable beds; compact, clean bathrooms with stall showers. Plenty of outlets for my bevy of mobile phones, computer and appliances (hot plate for making turkish coffee, juicer for oranges, grapefruit and lemons) but recommend bringing extension cords with plug adaptors. Small refrigerator functions very well. You can be provided a space heater as necessary but the radiator was more than sufficient for my warmth in the winter; nice to warm up the bathroom a bit, however. Pet-friendly if you travel with your pet. Quiet accomodation; there is no noise street-level and the walls are sound-insulated. You can get a fine night's sleep there but I particularly recommend the hotel for longer stays. There is a well-equipped kitchen that guests have access to as well as a large refrigerator facilitiating self=catering on days you want to dine-in. There is a utility room with a wahing machine you can access. I recommend Vere, where the hotel is located, as the best place, given its central locality, to stay in Tbilisi.

GeorgiaI chose this hotel because they say they have parking and included breakfast. Actually there is a paid parking zone around the hotel. I was offered to park right under no parking sign what I rejected and had to pay for parking. Breakfast starts only at 9.30 (!) and I couldn't get anything earlier. I had to check out without breakfast. Also I didn't find slippers in my room and I was told by helpless staff that they ran out of slippers! I'm very disappointed
