Comfortable and good location

Perfect location only a few mins walk from the main port on the island. (Only a couple of small steps, so easy to navigate with suitcases) Close to lots of great restaurants, cafes, boutiques etc. We really liked the decor and style of the place. It was perfect for our week on Hydra for a wedding. Thanks so much for having us!

We had a lovely time at this location. It is in a quiet yet accessible area in Hydra. We loved the decoration that gives a lot of clues to the history of the place. We were greeted by the owner at the harbor when we arrived and he kindly led us to our property. Pro tip: this whole property is a good value if you want to rent it for 6/7 persons having its own intimate courtyard.

From the minute we were met by Georgia at the ferry, our holiday got off to an amazing start. She gave us some top tips about the beaches we could visit etc. Our room ‘The artist’ was very tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean with helpful touches such as beach towels and an iron. We would recommend Arta and will definitely stay again when we are in Hydra. It is was just perfect.

Nothing not like the only thing I would recommend in addition is a full length mirror.

Perfect little room.. extremely comfortable and clean, lovely private courtyard, fully equipped with all essentials! high quality natural toiletries & complimentary extra goodies. Beach bag & towels great bonus, and amazing team. Georgia is excellent and a very knowledgeable and welcoming local. Will most definitely return a special little stay in Hydra.

Only very slight negative was lack of clothing storage but we were there for 10 nights so had quite a lot with us but we were in the smallest room

We really enjoyed our stay there. Although the room is quite small, it was so beautifully decorated and arranged that we didn’t mind it. Great location, close to the centre and port but also quiet.

Beautifully curated space, excellent attention to details. Very much perfectly formed for a couple. Couldn’t have been in a better location to explore everything Hydra has to offer.

The styling of apartment is beautiful. I stayed with a girlfriend so I would suggest a mirror in addition to bathroom mirror so people can get ready at the same time

We were met off the ferry by Georgia who was so friendly and gave us loads of good tips (Cool Mule was a personal favourite!). The property was lovely, close enough to be convenient but tucked away in a quiet wee spot. Rooms were beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The shared space outside was really nice, lots of spots in the sun but also had some shade.

Where to start?! Our stay at Arta was incredible. The apartment itself was wonderful - tastefully decorated, with so many thoughtful, beautiful touches. The owner and manager went out of their way to be helpful, both in person and over email / messaging. We would book again in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay at Arta Hydra. Our room (“The muse”) was spacious, stylish and beautifully decorated with all the amenities we could need. Scott is an excellent host that made sure we enjoyed our stay in Hydra to the fullest. I would strongly recommend Arta Hydra.

We had a wonderful stay at Arta-Hydra. The host, Mr. Scott, was very kind, friendly, helpful, and truly professional. He quickly found a solution to an issue that came up! Excellent hospitality. The rooms are modern, with beautiful aesthetics, created with passion and love! We would definitely choose it again!

Our stay on Hydra was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted and picked up directly from the port by our host. Scott was beyond helpful and ensured we had everything we needed. The accommodation itself was stunning—beautifully decorated with a perfect mix of traditional Greek charm and modern comfort. Every detail, from the tasteful decor to the cozy bedding, was thoughtfully designed. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and the outdoor terrace was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. What truly set this stay apart was the level of care and attention from the host. Hydra itself is a magical destination, but staying in such a wonderful place made the trip truly unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!

Only missed a hair towel, but I didn't ask for it, so probably the cleaning lady or Poppy would provide it. Not good for couples, because there's no privacy enough.

Perfect location and very beautiful decoration of the room. Loved the treats: coffee, tea, real glasses of wine for us to use. Every detail was carefully tought. Good for lonely travelers or best friends trips.

We spent amazing time in Arta Hydra : very suitable location , all restaurants and shops are very close , but in the same time there in quite street. All facilities are new, light , cosy and clean. Beautiful interior , definitely designed with big attention to even small details.

The patio is shared between three rooms, and the windows face each other, which may reduce privacy. It didn’t affect our stay, but it’s something to be aware of, as some guests might find it uncomfortable.

A beautiful, cozy apartment in a fantastic location. We stayed in The Artist room, which was a perfect size for a couple, and the decor was stunning, with lots of lovely details. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras like filtered water, yoga mats and a beach bag with towels – you can really tell that the owners go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The apartment is on a quiet street, just a short 5-minute walk from the harbor, making it an ideal and convenient location. Overall, we loved our stay at Arta Hydra and would highly recommend it!
