Thank you very much for your comments , we had informed you at your check in that unfortunately we would not be able to be there on your arrival so that we can have the pleasure of welcoming you , we were in direct communication throughout your stay and we made sure that we could answer your questions as soon as possible . We are really sorry if you were disturbed by noises given that our accommodation is located in the heart of the old town and is very busy, which happens in the central areas. The cost of your stay for the period you stayed in the accommodation and for the location is a quite affordable price which you will be able to see. Please keep in mind that we didn't mention somewhere that we have permanent reception, however during day the owner, as well as the cleanind spend time there. Dear Aurelie, Thank you for your time leaving a review for us. We are happy to know that you appreciated some of the facilities as well as our efforts. We are very sorry for the issue you encountered with the internet connection. Unfortunately, unexpected problems can happen at any time and we do our best to solve them as soon as possible. In your case, we needed some more time and after 2 technicians who came to check the issue, wifi connection has been finally restored in all the spaces of the accommodation.However, we are a bit surprised by your ratings, since from the very first moment we did our best to assist and serve you. When you locked yourselves out of the room we came immediately for the rescue. Even if the kettle didn't have any issue after we checked it, we replaced it for your better service. We even offered you a drink at the hotel across the road in order to show our appreciation to you and apologize for the confusion with the internet connection. We did anything we could in order to make you feel comfortable and safe with us. In any case, thank you for choosing us.
