We promptly offered you a room change to ensure a more restful experience; however, this could not be arranged as you preferred to remain in your original room. As part of our daily courtesy calls conducted by the reception team, we also attempted to contact you twice to check whether you had reconsidered the room change or if there was anything else we could do to make your stay more comfortable. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response.
