Really hard bed. Shower curtain didn't reach the floor so risk of flooding. Main light switch over the other side of the room which in itself wasn't the biggest.

It was good value. Well serviced in the room, with a complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste ! Brand new air con unit and a functional breakfast (on the top floor). Safety deposit box had a key and not a combo lock which was good. Love the decoration in the room. Reliable Wi-Fi

More fruit and cereal options would be nice at breakfast. I didn’t need the lift but obviously the hotel is not accessible since it doesn’t go down to bottom level.

The restored building doesn't have the best built quality, especially bathroom. Not enough storage areas in the room and sound insulation between rooms.

Great location, everything is within reach. It's in the very center of the city, right next to Egnatia Street and only 10 minutes of walking to the seaside. Receptionists are friendly, helpful and welcoming. Room has a high ceiling with enough ventilation.

Room was a bit cramped and run-down. Breakfast was okay, but strange to not have any olive oil available when you serve eggs, and Greek salad ingredients. Coffee from machine was average.

Air con was noisy. Bathroom flooded each time shower was used. Room was tired looking, and the bathroom needs to be refurbished.

Great location, fabulous hotel staff-particularly Demetrius on Reception and the lady in the breakfast room. Very clean and safe. Very convenient for seeing all the sights in Thessaloniki and near to the pick up point for trips. We visited Pozar thermal baths and Meteora.

The room was clean, big enough for 2 people, the hotel was close to the subway station and close to the main square. There was a 24/7 shop nearby and there was always someone at reception. The area was pretty quiet. Also, the room was cleaned daily

The staff was really kind, everything was perfect. What we liked the most is that the older man who is working there found us a free parking spot in front of the hotel :) I recommend it to anyone who is coming for a short stay in Thessaloniki!

I only stayed one night here but the second I arrived the staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable! They helped me lift my *very* heavy suitcase, scheduled an early morning taxi for me, and made everything so easy with check in and check out. The room was very cozy and in a great location. I would highly recommend and definitely return!
