Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

PanamaWe emailed the hotel and also sent a message through Booking a few days before our arrival to request an early check-in, as we were coming from far away. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive any reply. Eventually, we were allowed to check in a little bit earlier, which was nice, but it would have been great to get a response beforehand so we could plan accordingly. We booked a package that included breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was excellent, but during dinner, no drinks were provided at all (not even water) and has had to be purchased separately. That was a bit disappointing, especially since breakfast included free drinks.
The hotel is beautiful and very pleasant, with high-quality facilities and a great location close to the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was varied and tasty.

United KingdomThe hotel is amazing, great choice of pools and good entertainment at night, good day activities also. The hotel is 20mins to Rhodes Old Town and only 2.50 on the bus, highly recommend getting the bus, taxis are pricey and we struggled to pay with card -uber is metered in Rhodes and very rarely works. The hotel breakfast is very good quality a variety of choices, we ate once in the evening there at the buffet restaurant to try it and we wanted a lazy day and evening , but wasn’t really worth the price 30 euro per person. Staff are very friendly and very helpful, amazing pool bar team made some amazing drinks, and the roof terrace team in the evening really looked after us. I did see reviews about water bottles, we kept our empty ones and refilled every morning, there are water fountains located around the hotel. Fresh towels daily and lovely bathroom with good products, bed were very comfy and pillows were decent, ample wardrobe space with hangers. Lifts were a bit crazy but we just went with it. Indoor pool was nice. The beach is very stony and pebbled, we did one day there as didn’t like it, I’d buy sea shoes if you want to swim in the sea daily. There is a small bar on the beach to get drinks also. The beach is connected by an underground tunnel, so you don’t have to cross the road. Sunsets are lovely to view from the hotel also.

IrelandReally enjoyed the stay / not any problems encountered really . We used taxis a bit and they were regular as missed a few buses as they were full . Also need to rent a car if you want to see other places of interest ( lindos, seven springs, kallithea springs, Anthony Quinn beach , valley of the butterflies)
Breakfast was excellent - from 7-11 am and was very busy but run very efficiently and did stop sharp at 11. 3 pools and sunbeds always available - great access to beach and free towels and sunbeds for residents . Views from the Aegean suits were pretty special

GermanyThe hotel is very old, the rooms and room furniture are also very old. The hotel corridors were not very clean and the dining room definitely needs renovation. To be honest I was highly disappointed, I was expecting much more for the money I paid especially from a 5 stars hotel. But in all we enjoyed our stay a lot at the hotel, but still wouldn’t stay it if I visit Rhodos again.
The hotel is very central and very close to Rhodos city center and old town. The Hôtel personell were very nice and helpful. The hotel is spacious and never too crowded. I really liked the pool and the pool area. Breakfast was really good.

I would like to give a special mention to the reception staff, especially Zoi and Theofania, who went above and beyond and gave me and my family excellent service and courteous treatment, both professionally and in terms of information! They were both nice and in fact the best thing in this hotel that makes the guest feel at home. I thank them from the bottom of my heart and I hope that their superiors will pass these words on to them and thank them on my behalf and on behalf of my family! Beyond that, the hotel is nice, but no more than that. There was crazy pressure in the dining room, and after 10 o'clock there is no full supply of all types of food, and there is no possibility of eating outside, and there is a line at the entrance to the dining room, and especially the same food every day in the cafeteria, and there is no variety. The room service staff is courteous and hardworking, and the pool and beach are good, but at the end of the day, Zoi and Theofania were almost the only ray of light in the hotel, and only because of them will I return again!

IsraelFew small things that didn't really hurt our overall good experience. We had to use two elevators to get from our room to the pool and backwards every time which was a bit uncomfortable, ask for room in floors 2 to 5 to avoid this. Surprisingly we didn't have an electric outlet near the bed. The restaurant at the hotel was very expensive, the view and service were great, but the food wasn't amazing.
The staff were super nice, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The pools are really fun and calm with plenty of sunbeds and good snack and drinks bars. Our room was well equipped, the bed was comfortable with good bathroom.

Czech RepublicFitness is really outdated, whirpool and sauna looks like from 80'. Also gym is equipped just with random machines without any logic, but standard equipment - long bars, bench, weights - is missing (seriously, who would use leg curls AND leg extension while there is no bar for squats).
Breakfast was really good, with possibility to eat outside in the pool area. Selection of fresh fuits, standard english breakfast, sweets table, assorted pastry.

IsraelThe day we arrived and wanted to take a shower, there were no shampoo and conditioner in there.. Also they didn’t change our hand towels daily which we kind of expected. Also the fact that you can’t have towels for the pool before 10am was kind of annoying cause we couldn’t go to the pool before 10am
The location was good a lot of good places to eat around the hotel, the pools and the gym were nice, and the staff were lovely. The room was quite big

United KingdomThe live entertainment. I felt it cheapened the hotel experience; it made it feel like a package holiday rather than an upmarket hotel experience. My room was very near the main area for entertainment, and I was kept awake until 11 pm many nights. I am a keen gym goer and found the gym excellent, although I would have loved to see a barbell set and a rowing machine. One of the main machines for weights was broken, be great if they could fix these things.
Loved the proximity to the beach. Enjoyed all the facilities.

Great location, with proximity to beach and 10 minutes taxi/bus to Rhodes City. The hotel has nice pools and good restaurants. The terrace bar in the evening with the live music was a pleasant surprise. Buffet breakfast is good as well as buffet dinner.
