The building is very congested with many other guest houses so sometimes had to wait for elevators.

Great location to walk everywhere. The staff was fantastic. If you are only looking for an inexpensive place to sleep, this is a great place to stay. A21 bus stop to and from airport right outside. While the building feels a little sketchy we had absolutely no problems during our stay and felt safe.

For this value it is superb!

Very atmospheric place. I really liked this sense of 20th century Hongkong guest house. It is cool, highly recommend to people who would like to feel Hongkong spirit.

i have taken a trip to hongkong Disneyland with my family .our experience in this hotel is pretty good. friendly boss and clerk. the most impressive and interesting condition happened in the first night. after we came back to the hotel from Disneyland it was almost 11 o'clock. the clerk who had delivered our belongings to our room was waiting for us, told us how to use the room keycard and heater pot. the location of this hotel is good, near a beautiful park called kowloon park and the station lot is nearby. Maybe 200meters far away from the hotel?anyway the subway station is so closed,it's very convenient for our travel.i must say the space of this room is big enough for us with two beds.all in all it is a memorable experience for us.by the way,we came from Shanghai.

the restroom and shower was pretty small.

prime location. the staff was really nice and helpful. the room was okay. the room was not big but spacious enough for us to move around comfortably. basically you got what you paid for.

The building is old, but it’s fine for the price you pay.

Perfectly fine accommodation for the price. Sona is a very welcoming host and is always easy to reach and ready to help out. The rooms are clean and the location is great. Walking distance to the star ferry (to go to central) and temple street (for great night market food) and right next to the metro.

Nothing. The room and bathroom is small but this is as expected based on the photos and price.

The location is perfect - I don’t think there is a property with a better price for this location. So central to everything and easy access to the MTR. The owner is so nice, very helpful and welcoming. We were on a tight budget so we were very happy to find this place. (Has hot water, good water pressure, bed is comfortable).

Location wise, it's absolutely accessible because it's just right next to TST MTR station and there are lots of restaurants and stores around the area.

I was a solo female traveller arriving at 12 am at night so finding the place (as its a massive building) wasnt that easy but they always reponded to the messages and where there when I arrived so all good

Staff was really helpful. I found it hard to find the place upon arrival, but Ajit was there to open the door The place has everything you need They even let me leave my bags there for the day as I was flying late

Be aware Hong Kong is very crowded and space is at a premium. You get what you pay for so the room is tiny and don't look too close at the corners. Pipes and wires are on display and if you want an authentic up close look like I did this is a cool place to stay. Perfect for a group of friends on a budget but I would not recommend to couples or women travelling alone. Hong Kong is broadly very safe but the building would definitely feel a bit unsafe to some.

Perfect location in the centre of Hong Kong Firm but comfortable beds The important bits - the beds/shower/sink/toilet/towels - were all clean Towels and soap provided The host is very friendly and happy to help I thought the building was cool and soulful but I'd recommend googling "Mirador mansions" and it'll be very clear if it is your vibe or not

We did not stay at Ajit guest house. He could not accomodate us but he found a room for us on the floor above in another guest house. All my comments are about the HK Peace Guest House. They were very friendly. Just the room was small.
