Location and price. Close to subways and ferries, restaurants and museums, really nice park, hop on bus, etc. Amir, the person attending was very nice and helpful.

Tenement type building, with clothes hanging to dry along the corridor and everywhere else, did not fully realize what these mansion guest houses were in reality, nasty owner who yelled at me and called me a liar when I knocked on the door because his black phone on the door was not working so I had to knock (fortunately only met him on my way out), elevator was a little scary.

Great location to walk everywhere. The staff was fantastic. If you are only looking for an inexpensive place to sleep, this is a great place to stay. A21 bus stop to and from airport right outside. While the building feels a little sketchy we had absolutely no problems during our stay and felt safe.

The building is very congested with many other guest houses so sometimes had to wait for elevators.

Very atmospheric place. I really liked this sense of 20th century Hongkong guest house. It is cool, highly recommend to people who would like to feel Hongkong spirit.

i have taken a trip to hongkong Disneyland with my family .our experience in this hotel is pretty good. friendly boss and clerk. the most impressive and interesting condition happened in the first night. after we came back to the hotel from Disneyland it was almost 11 o'clock. the clerk who had delivered our belongings to our room was waiting for us, told us how to use the room keycard and heater pot. the location of this hotel is good, near a beautiful park called kowloon park and the station lot is nearby. Maybe 200meters far away from the hotel?anyway the subway station is so closed,it's very convenient for our travel.i must say the space of this room is big enough for us with two beds.all in all it is a memorable experience for us.by the way,we came from Shanghai.

prime location. the staff was really nice and helpful. the room was okay. the room was not big but spacious enough for us to move around comfortably. basically you got what you paid for.

Excellent value for money. Perfect for travelers needing a base. The accommodation was clean and well-equipped considering its size. Located in a busy area and a short walk from the bus to the airport. The host was attentive and helpful.

Location and low cost. This was the best accommodation to be found in the centre of Kowloon at such a low cost.

Facilities were basic eg shower in the toilet but given we only stayed one night and the low cost this was not a problem.

Perfectly fine accommodation for the price. Sona is a very welcoming host and is always easy to reach and ready to help out. The rooms are clean and the location is great. Walking distance to the star ferry (to go to central) and temple street (for great night market food) and right next to the metro.

The room was spacious than many other Hostel rooms I have stayed earlier. Bed was cozy & bathroom was clean. Did not expect better than that.

Wifi could be better but nevertheless,I booked to spend a night & was well spent

The location is perfect - I don’t think there is a property with a better price for this location. So central to everything and easy access to the MTR. The owner is so nice, very helpful and welcoming. We were on a tight budget so we were very happy to find this place. (Has hot water, good water pressure, bed is comfortable).

Nothing. The room and bathroom is small but this is as expected based on the photos and price.

The transportation is convenient and the room is very clean and tidy. The landlord is particularly warm and considerate.
