I wish there was a bigger common area to sit and hang out. There is only one table, a kettle and microwave. The facilities were fine, but the walls and floors looked a bit dirty in the bathrooms.

The receptionist Nella was super friendly to me and very helpful. The location was good, right on a main street with walking distance to many things and metro right outside. The beds are comfortable and the curtains are nice for privacy.

The upper beds are a bit loud when people climb up, so prepare your headphones!

The location is super good, it's right at the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, near a lot of bus stops, MTR, malls. The staffs are every friendly and super helpful, Nella is very nice and supportive during my stay. The room are very clean, the bed is comfy, they also have a locker for your personal stuffs.

The room was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is very good, and the metro station is nearby. But if you travel to Hong Kong, you need a Hong Kong type plug, because all hotels there have different sockets from other countries. The hotels don’t have USB or Type-C plugs. I didn’t have a Hong Kong type plug, so I bought one from the staff.

The shower drained very slowly.

Excellent location. A few minutes walk away from the harbour. Lots of food and shopping within walking distance. Easy to get to. You can get a bus from the airport that drops you right outside the hotel.

It was a bit hot in the room even if the thermostat was already set at 16C. Informed the host via WhatsApp but they said it was the maximum the air conditioning could go. It was rainy during the summer season as well so the hot and humid weather outside coupled with the warm room was not ideal.

The location was great - close to public transport and walkable to TST and Kowloon areas. Many restaurants in the area as well. Easy to get in to the property no matter what time you arrive.

This stay was not a good experience. The light in the bathroom was broken. I can understand why the electrician didn't come to fix it immediately, but it seems that there are no supporting measures to solve this problem. In addition, when the air conditioner is turned on, some black dust will blow out. I guess it may be because it is not cleaned regularly, which led to poor sleep quality this time.

I have stayed here several times. I like the location very much. There are many shopping malls, shops and restaurants nearby. HSBC is just next door. Living here is my ideal location. The room is also large and the TV has an entertainment audio-visual system. I like it very much.

The property is cooled by window type airconditioners, which are noisy and relatively inefficient, the many different door-codes are a nuisance during short stays.

The modern design, spacious common bathrooms on the 6th foor, and the location are outstanding for a hostel in Kowloon.

Excellent receptionist, loved her! She let me check in early as I was only passing through anyway and didn’t stay the night. I still took a nap and bed was comfortable.

The location is amazing - a 30second walk to the MTR. Lots of shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Good space. Affordable for HK. Quiet. Communal fridges and facilities.

Nice and clean, easy to access, responsive host. Wasn't able to make the check in due to delayed flights and they responded with clear instructions of how to find the place and check myself in. Even checked in on me to make sure I arrived alright.
