住客評語如何運作
每則住客評分會介在 1－10 分之間。我們將收到的所有住客評分相加，然後將總分除以收到的評分數量，計算出您看到的整體評分。我們採用加權計算的評分系統，意味著越新的評語將對整體住客評分計算有越大的影響。此外，住客也可以在其他重要項目給予「分項分數」，例如：地理位置、清潔度、員工、舒適度、設施、性價比與免費 WiFi。請注意，住客會分別送出項目評分和整體分數，因此兩者之間沒有直接關係。
若您曾入住在本平台上預訂的住宿，或曾抵達該住宿但未實際入住，都可為住宿留下評語。若要修改您已發送的評語，請聯繫我們的客服團隊。
我們有真人與自動化的系統來專門偵測是否有假評語在本平台發送。若發現該情況便會刪除評語，若有需要，也會針對該負責的人採取行動。
若有任何人發現可疑之處，也可隨時回報給我們的客服團隊，以讓我們的造假查核小組可以進行調查。
理想上，不論是正評或負評，我們會刊登所有收到的評語。但我們將不會刊登包含或涉及以下內容之評語：

Fridge it's rusty and switched off when we go out from the room... Can't be use it..
It's totally disgusting.. No safe, electric cables in the room can be touched by mistake..

The elevator is small that occupies 8 pax only, waited long lines to get into it. The rooms have cockroaches 🪳 even if we spray insecticides. The building is untidy and the smell is gross.
The place is located at the center of the city. Near MTR and bus stops

The room was small (expected) and I hoped that they cleaned the toilet every day. The floor gets wet every time we go out from the shower. The ground floor is packed with people most of the time. Once, the flush of the toilet did not work because the building had a maintenance but they fixed it within the day. The hostel was located on the 16th floor of the building and only one elevator (one for even-numbered floors-left; one for odd-numbered floors-right) was available to lift people to their respective floors, so it takes awhile to go back and forth the ground floor and the room when you forget something.
The location was the best. It is accessible to the MTR. The nearest MTR station was Tsim Sha Tsui/East Tsim Sha Tsui station N5 exit. Many food establishments like McDo, Jollibee, and Cafe de Coral were near the location of the hostel. There was also a souvenir shop just right across the building. If you are coming from the airport, you can ride the A21/N21 bus and you can alight a few steps away from the ChungKing Mansions. Going back to the airport, you can just cross and walk a few meters and ride the A21/N21 bus for a reduced fare as compared to the airport express train. The bed was comfortable and they changed our towels almost every day. They provided us with free tissue and slippers. The heater was working properly. The staffs were friendly and helped us get around the city.

Pictures on site are misleading and room were very small for the amount of people it was advertised for. Half of our group went to a different hotel because the room smelled, toilet was clogged and shower was working right. Beds were very uncomfortable. Rooms were nasty and dirty. Elevators were nasty... just plain dirty and old and small... all over the place was dirty and smelly and hot.
Mr. Duncan was the bright spot... that's the only good thing about it.

Everything. Start to finish. Cockroaches on the floor. Unwashed sheets. Zero ventilation. Mold everywhere. Prisoners shouldn't have to live like that. The only reason I don't have photos to post is because I was only physically in the room for about an hour after checking in and used it as a locker so I could walk the city all night away from that pit. I didn't get any sleep, but that's better than trying to get an hour or two in that cockroach hole.
The man at the desk was nice, but overwhelmed.
