No connection to the wifi hostel during the stay. The room is not clean during the stay. The towel is only deliver to the room after 3 nite of stay, albeit already requested since day 1. The staff is not very kind if we request anything related to the hostel.

They don’t provide towel, which is very important. Room are very very small but fine😂

Very Good Location, everything is accessible and near to restaurants, malls, tourist spots.

Though affordable but really wasn't comfortable. The bed like c shape down on the middle side, very dirty and found lot of trashed under the bed headboard and even found broken phone with cable under the headboard, very tight room and can barely moves.. How many times requested for room cleaning in my 11 days of stay but no cleaning service came, though the Pinay Incharged for cleaning came but only she changed the beddings and thought she will clean the room but didn't that's why I've requested cleaning materials to clean by myself. Even Paid 300 Hkd for room cleaning upon arrival but was not worthy.

Same as other says, the location is great near to anything and very accessible.

Place was dirty, its like a maze to get to your room. Bad smell and no hot water. Nothing was working. Remote control of the tv doesnt have batteries in it. Airco makes too much noise like it can explode anytime

They didn’t give me the room they showed on booking. I don’t recommend this place. The building is smelly. Elevators always busy. The toilets were dirty.

Only the bedroom looked a little bit clean.

If I could give this hotel a negative rating, I would! The air conditioning in our room wasn’t working. We informed the staff in advance, but they did nothing to fix it. When we raised the issue, a staff member responded with, 'You know, I can sleep without air conditioning at night because it’s not hot.' How unprofessional is that? We paid the full price for our room, and as customers, we deserve a comfortable stay, especially after a long day of touring. What if we wanted to stay in the room during the day? It would have been unbearable without air conditioning. On top of that, we were overcharged. We paid a deposit of 500 HKD per room for five rooms, but they only returned 400 HKD. The deposit receipt they provided at check-in didn’t even show the amount. If you don’t want a nightmare stay, avoid this hotel!"

Because of the cheap price, the hotel is not that clean comparing with other normal medium rated hotels.

Room can be more spacious. Receptionist should have been friendly. Room should have been clean.

Nothing room was so small. Receptionist was angry and mean. Also it was not clean place.

there were no microwave on our lounge, kettle is not working, and we still have to get hot water and microwave food from other blocks, i hope next time they will improve this since water kettle and microwave are essential for travelers.

we booked 2 x double room, and since no rooms were available, they gave us 2 x family room which is a huge plus. staff are doing great as well compare last time, they are more courteous, and helpful this time.
