The bed was a good size but the mattress is quite thin and does not provide much comfort on the hate wood surface beneath. It’s fine for a short stay.

It’s a great location just few mins walk to MTR and bus routes up/down Nathan Road. Check in is easy and the staff are very responsive to questions and needs. The superior double room has a decent amount of room, mine had a good quality, big, double-glazed window so plenty of natural light and cuts out street noise well. The toilet/shower room is a good size and the shower has excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. There is a desk and chair in the hallway where you can work comfortably. The deco is retro and makes for a nice vibe.

The price hiked significantly over a public holiday weekend that made it less affordable for that period, but weekdays it’s excellent value.

Staff are really helpful and very responsive. Room is good size and bed really comfortable, at least compared with other guesthouses - I slept really well. Good quality, double glazed window in the room giving natural light, a nice view of the street but quiet from street noise. The deco around the place is cool, traveller retro feel. Like it. The bathroom/shower room is all together but a good size. The shower water pressure is great with plenty of hot water.

There was a bit of noise in the hallway late at night from other tenants, so I wouldn't say that it was a quiet place to stay, but this is really the only downside.

a. We arrived at midnight and I had inform our ETA prior, expecting an easy and smooth check in. However, when we arrived, with 2 kids, luggages, felt tired, at midnight, and yet still needs to find another building to get our keys to TEMPO Inn. Very traumatic experience. b. The room is small, but it has everything we need. Hairdryer, Soap, shampoo, AC, TV, water kettle but No mineral water provided, towels, trash bin. However, it needs to have pest inspection as we found babies cockroaches twice, during our 6 days stay there.

a. The location - only minutes away from Jordan MTR station and plenty 7 eleven shops to buy our necessities. b. The indonesian helper - the curvy, helpful one - who tidy up or room perfectly. NOT the other slim -masked helper who does minimum effort to tidy up our room. c. Smooth communication with the owner/PIC of the Inn through whatsapp.

The room was typical for Hong Kong—quite small, barely fitting a bed and a tiny bathroom. We had to take turns opening our suitcases because there was hardly any space to move around. The cleanliness was just okay, not particularly impressive. The building is old, which is common in Hong Kong, so I didn't have high expectations in that regard. Overall, this place is suitable for someone who needs a basic, budget-friendly option for a place to sleep at the end of the day.

The room is centrally located, close to both bus and MTR stations. I chose this place primarily because it's near HK West Kowloon Station, which is convenient for my trip to Shenzhen. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it very convenient. The check-in process was efficient; there were no staff on-site, but a phone at the front door allowed me to call for the entry code. Both check-in and check-out were quick and smooth.

Nothing to complain with such rate

Its easy to locate with the guides given by the host. Lift which is easy to get up the floor. Quiet room and seafood restaurants just right downstairs. Value for money.

Only few of the rooms had windows and I did not get one with a window. It could get claustrophobic at times. The room rate did not justify the rate I paid, even by Hong Kong standards. The shower was on top of the toilet - the washroom was that small.

It is small property in an old building near Nathan Rd. Conveniently located near Jordan MTR station, Nathan Rd and Temple Market, it is the tourist hub of Kowloon. The room was tiny, but clean, and basic toiletry was there. You have access cards to get in and out of the property. The manager responded to maintenance issues. However, what is a matter of concern is that being an old building it does not have a scientific fire escape plan. Around the time, I was there a nearby building caught fire causing deaths and injuries. I would recommend paying more and staying in recognised hotels.
