Regarding the hot water, we operate a storage-type water heater, which complies with the regulatory and licensing requirements for hostels in Hong Kong. This system may occasionally require a brief warm-up period. On the matter of towels, in line with our commitment to environmental sustainability, we replace towels only upon request or when they are placed on the floor, rather than automatically exchanging those that remain hung.
