The Host Sam, super helpful and friendly.

Sam, the host, was super nice and welcoming to my family and me! The cleanliness was beyond our expectations, and the location couldn’t have been better, right in the middle of all the action. The room looked exactly like the pictures and had great storage space under the bed. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was a bit small, but it was totally fine for two people staying two weeks. The main elevator could get quite busy at times, but a tip for future guests: there’s another elevator just around the corner, a bit further down past the main entrance, that’s usually much less crowded

The location is great but if you don't know how buildings in Hong Kong work, it's difficult to find it. Just find the elevator that goes to the floor where the hostel is meant to be (not every elevator stops at every floor, so be careful) and then look for a sign with the hostel's name. The building looks rough but the room itself is super clean and with a working AC, so no complaints there.

The host is very accommodating and helpful. They accommodated us when our flight was cancelled due to typhoon in HK. The place is clean and the bed is comfy.

Bathroom is small and the socket is not working.

The room is within a "mansion" which doesn’t have the same level of cleanliness / feeling of security.

We were in this hotel 4 th times I think. It's not luxury, but exactly what I expect. Very good price in an excellent location - in the center, where everything is close. Staff very friendly, always helpful. It is cleaned every day. Clean towels are provided every day.

Sam the housekeeper was exceptional...he was very nice, accommodating and helpful. Mr. Singh was very understanding and superb with his customer service. My husband and I are so amazed with the way he handled our arrival date one year early.. We were very concern with my mistake but seeing his face made us comfortable and felt everything will be fine.. After vising hongkong time and time again ..it was the first time someone l felt secure away from my home.

The room is tiny but it has everything you need. The room and bathroom are incredibly clean. Hot water is plentiful. So is AC. The room even has an easy to use safe and a fridge!

It's not necessarily easy to find the location the first time. Instructions for locating might be better.

The metro station is practically below the building. Very convenient, getting to the airport train and the peak was not too difficult. The view is cool and the room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were responsive my call

The building itself late at night felt a little bit sketchy. By day it was very pleasant.

Sam, who checked us in, was super nice and helpful. He was there for anything we needed, and the room was cleaned every day. Overall we had a great stay, the only thing I could say is that the room is very small, and the mattress is not comfortable, as it’s very hard. Location 10/10, service 10/10 :)

The location is really in the heart of HK and is almost unbeatable. The room was small but clean and practical.

Property was perfectly located, the staff were super helpful with check-in and allowing us to leave our bags until our late flight. Space is small, but used wisely and has everything you need!
