Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

ItalyProperty hard to find, no signals at the entrance. Moreover, had to wait 10 minutes before checking-in because nobody was at the reception. The man at the reception is not kind or welcoming, looks bothered of your presence. Also, I extended my booking of 2 nights and went to notify the reception man which wrote down the info on a post-it but didn't bothered to update my room access card; so when the extended period began I had to visit once again the reception to finally update my card duration
Room space was more than I thought and the bed was comfortable. Also, the location is very centric and close to MTR

TaiwanIt’s a little tricky to find as the apartment block entrance (Phoenix apartments) can be easily missed. Once you’re in the apartment building, you have to take the elevator up a floor. The hostel itself is around the corner and again, a little easy to walk straight past because the signs aren’t clear. Also, if you didn’t already pay online, they only accept cash payment which isn’t clearly stated in the email (+100hkd deposit in person). Finally, I don’t think the room/bathroom was cleaned at all during the 4 days I was there. Only toilet paper replaced. The shower drain was also badly clogged. MUST: Bring your own shower slippers! For the rest, I was very satisfied during my stay!
Amazing location in bustling Causeway Bay - just a few minutes to the MTR going to Central, and close to just about any shop you could possibly need. 7/11 on the other side of the street. Also an amazing bakery directly opposite! For the location, I don’t think you can get much better within the price range. Clean bed, and curtain for privacy.

The location was pretty convenient, but a bit hard to find within the building. The staff was very nice, we arrived early in the morning and the staff came and helped us, even though we had to contact them and waited for almost an hour.
