Of course, the price was cheap, but naturally, because of that, the interior of the room was a bit lacking. However, for those who want to save money, it’s still a reasonable choice. In terms of location, it was really the best—very convenient and close to everything.

There was an unpleasant smell from the lift, and the room wasn’t very nice either. The windowsill had trash and cigarette butts, which made it worse. In the bathroom, a proper shower screen and a room air freshener would have made it much better.

Staff were rude. Put me in a room I didn’t book. Left to get food and come back and they wouldn’t let me in for some reason even though it says 24 hr desk service and no curfew. After being assertive and ordering him to open it he did.

great location on the island, close to metro and cool malls. nice staff, helps if you can use a translator to talk to them in mandarin if you can’t speak it on your own

overall good property, security guard watches very loud videos at night sometimes but that’s my only complaint

It was dirty the toilet didn't work ..... didn't like any thing

The metal chain lock was broken. The latch bolt lock also didn't work. This meant that there was only an electronic key card lock, so it didn't feel very safe a solo female traveller There was also no window. It was hard to find.

The location was very good. Besides it was close to the MTR Causeway Bay station, you can find eateries, shops, supermarkets, and a coin laundry in this area. Reasonable price for a stay in Hong Kong. Facilities (bed, wifi, shower, etc.) worked as expected.

It takes a while to get hot water in the shower. (Is this type of water heater common in Hong Kong?)

Small, very compact rooms with a larger than expected bathroom, Spartan but very functional and altogether larger and better appointed than I had expected with comfy bed and pillows

Surprisingly good value for this budget facility, clean, modern and modest offering good value and a great bed and pillows and a very modern bathroom.

Budget but good value. Small, compact but newly tiled and kitted rooms and very clean with a comfortable bed and two great pillows.Good supply of hot water and bigger bathroom than I expected.

The location is super convenient to go airport or shopping streets, literally down the street. The room is clean and no sight of cockroach (as other guests reviewed). Price is a catch compared to other places, I was shocked that Hong Kong is so expensive to find a decent hotel and this place is for sure above decent to me.
