Location is great with the building entrance just right around the corner of MTR B1 exit. Room is clean with basic facilities for light travellers. Check-in and check-out process is easy and smooth.

The room is facing the main road and may not be suitable for light sleepers. However, it is less noisy compared to popular spots in Mongkok.

The building is next to the MTR's exit. Those with big luggage can use the lift at the MTR exit opposite the road. The room is clean and more spacious compared to many others around the area. It has a comfortable bed and a clean toilet with good water pressure.

The llcation was great right next to a train Station. It was mostly clean. I has some troubel to check in because there are 2 identical enterys but the host helped me quickly.

Weak air conditioning. Inconsistent water pressure. Real-time communication can be difficult for foreigners, as English (both staff and online chat) is not as good. They usually don’t understand my questions.

It was a little difficult to find the place. But they helped me together with the building guardian. The shower very small.

Be aware that they have call-girls or how to say it outside of the building and that they bring in clients to the same building :/ Also bring some earplugs because the walls are very thin.

If you are are a light sleeper, you might want to pack earplugs for traffic noise and thin walls. I was a bit surprised that coffee and tea were not replenished when the room was cleaned, but maybe this was an oversight?

It was a clean and comfortable no-frills kind of room. Good location - literally next to a metro stop.. Owner / Host was very prompt with communications. Small touches, like a small fridge, folding table, plug adaptors and clothes line were appreciated. Good sized shower with quick hot water. Firm mattress (but not "Chinese hard" IYKYK). Bird's-eye view of a typical HK intersection with double decker buses and lots of people.

The position (inside Kowloon) is strategic, being next to the subway. Rooms are small, but this is quite a standard in Hong Kong. The staff was always very helpful and kind and we had a very good stay. They also allowed our bags to be left there on the day of our departure.

The building is really old and dirty. The room is very small and without window, but I understand this is a cheaper accommodation compared to the average rates.

The accommodation is in a great location, very close to the metro and a few mins walk from the main attractions. Good value for money considering the accommodation rates in HK. The host replied promptly even late at night.

Probably the lift in the main building which was only one and very small, enough just for 3 persons with little or no tag along bags?

The location was indeed very convenient for us to dine and move around easily to all parts of Hong Kong and to the airport as well! Public transport was very good and around, one can find typical local Hong Kong eating places, reasonable and good!

1. The toilet and washbasin space is small. 2. The inn is at 8th floor of the building. The elevator space is also small.

1. Location: Excellent. It is next to Yau Ma Tei metro station, having access to various restaurants. We can easily walk and visit shops towards Mong Kok, and by metro we can go to many important business and tourist locations. 2. Room: Bed is very comfortable, and room is clean.

There is no one in the apartment except the cleaning lady, but she pretends not to listen to you when you need something, she acts crazy. I found the cleaning to be very poor, basically she only tidies the rooms, but there doesn't seem to be any proper cleaning. The hot water is also a problem, although they changed me to an apartment where there was hot water, it just flew for 5 minutes. And then got coldly warm again. The price is too high for not having a proper hot shower whenever you need.

They changed my room for a window room and I was happy. The location is the good thing of the apartment. And the important thing is that, even though there was no one present in the apartment, they were helpful when I needed them, via message.
