住客評語如何運作
每則住客評分會介在 1－10 分之間。我們將收到的所有住客評分相加，然後將總分除以收到的評分數量，計算出您看到的整體評分。我們採用加權計算的評分系統，意味著越新的評語將對整體住客評分計算有越大的影響。此外，住客也可以在其他重要項目給予「分項分數」，例如：地理位置、清潔度、員工、舒適度、設施、性價比與免費 WiFi。請注意，住客會分別送出項目評分和整體分數，因此兩者之間沒有直接關係。
若您曾入住在本平台上預訂的住宿，或曾抵達該住宿但未實際入住，都可為住宿留下評語。若要修改您已發送的評語，請聯繫我們的客服團隊。
我們有真人與自動化的系統來專門偵測是否有假評語在本平台發送。若發現該情況便會刪除評語，若有需要，也會針對該負責的人採取行動。
若有任何人發現可疑之處，也可隨時回報給我們的客服團隊，以讓我們的造假查核小組可以進行調查。
理想上，不論是正評或負評，我們會刊登所有收到的評語。但我們將不會刊登包含或涉及以下內容之評語：

住宿方可以選擇回覆評語。
若同時有多則評語時，最新的評語會顯示在最上方，同時還會取決於其他一些因素（評語所用的語言，該評語是僅評分還是含有評論等）。若有需要，您可以將評語排序和／或篩選（按年份、評語分數等）。
我們有時也會顯示來自其他知名旅遊網站的外部評語分數。當有此情況時，我們會有清楚說明。

Unfortunately the mosquitos in the garden meant we couldn’t really spend time in it (morning or evening), but we spent most of our time out exploring Rovinj anyway, so it wasn’t really a problem.
Excellent location in quiet area, very clean and with a spacious living area and lovely garden. Chiara was very welcoming, friendly, flexible and helpful.

The facility is a bit outdated.
Location: Close to historic centre. Garden with terrace. Dogs are for free.

Shower was faulty but we informed that Chiara could fix it after our departure The airco was situated in the corridor and did not help very much during the warm nights Pity that we did not have the apartment on the ground floor with the terrace
The location was great, the welcome was nice, cold water in the fridge and fruit on the table. Direct communication. Apartment was light and comfortable and there were 2 bedrooms. Loved the system to hang the washed clothes

Both bedrooms with no proper windows to let air in, June was very hot and sleeping was difficult. Shower tray was blocked for the first few days after we arrived. The toilet tank refills very slowly so we had to wait a while. Beds were really uncomfortable, everything in the property is dated.
The properly is in a good location, ground floor, lovely garden and had everything we needed.

The apartment is equipped with worn and not totally clean furnishings that should be replaced. Additionally, the overall cleanliness could still be improved.

It was bright, spacious and cosy. It was clean and the beds were comfy. The host was super friendly and helpful, always replying quickly to messages and answering any questions we had. The location is amazing, close walk to everything. My friends and I had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. Would highly recommend.
