You can't ask more, everything was perfect.

The host Filip was superb and very helpful, he was continuously in touch with us on our time of arrival and made sure we don't get lost since the place was inside the palace, also he helped us with the map and all the restaurant information, etc. The place is exactly as its shown in the pictures, the location is simply unbeatable. Thank you Filip for such an wonderful stay.

We had a great stay in Split! Communication was excellent, and everything we needed was provided. The apartment was in such a unique spot — right within Diocletian’s Palace — which made the experience even more special. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and overall we really enjoyed our stay!

There was nothing we didn’t like.

We loved the property!. It was in the best location to everything - culture, restaurants, the shuttles, history. The property was very comfortable and clean. The host provided us with many recommendations for restaurants in the area and ensured our stay was easy. We would stay here again and recommend our friends to stay here. It is a great place.

Some hair conditioner in shower would have been useful.

Modern, clean unit within historic city walls, just steps from the Golden Gate entrance. Excellent location. Filip, the owner, met us as scheduled and was helpful in suggesting restaurants.

Modern and well appointed, great shower/hot water, amazing location in the wall of the palace, super comfortable bed and bedding, great quiet A/C, TV had Netflix and other US stations, good coffee, and Filip the host was so accommodating!

This room is in a perfect location. So close to all the tourist sites and mere steps from restaurants and shops. It is so special to stay in such a historic place, a UNESCO attraction! The room is comfortably furnished, modern, and it is a good size. The host was wonderful. He met us at the property and oriented us to the area. For being in the middle of it all, it is surprisingly quiet.

The room was amazing. I am from the US and it was one of the largest rooms I have stayed in in Europe. Very clean and modern and comfortable. Also very centrally located within the world city and right below is an amazing pizza place

A beautiful room in a historical building, staying here felt really unique and special. The room was modern, clean and had everything we needed. The location was very centrally located in the Diocletian palace and under 10 minutes from the Riva.

Everything! An extremely comfortable, newly renovated apartment in an excellent position inside the Diocletian palace. Very quiet, comfortable king size bed, modern bathroom well designed, very quiet air conditioning, spacious for a studio and helpful, friendly host. Highly recommend

There could be a better chair for sitting rather than the round, backless couch. It was fine for me, but my taller husband found it to be uncomfortable.

Very nice, clean and modern apartment located nearby all the sights to see in Split. Really good pizza place down below! The tv was nice too since it was in English and had all the streaming services. Host was great and allowed us to check in early.

Our stay at Golden Gate was excellent. Filip was very accommodating. We arrived very late due to delayed flights and Filip was there to let us in at 2 in the morning. Filip was also always available to answer any questions we had. The location of this apartment can’t be beat. I highly recommend this property. 5 stars!

We didn't like the very high price vs. the size (small room). For the same amount, we stayed in a 4 star hotel in Midtown Manhattan some years ago. Overall, a beautiful city and a great place.

Filip gave us instructions on where to park for free, invaluable advice. He was really friendly and attentive and gave us great tips. An excellent host. In the room, the furnishings and appliances were all high quality. We also appreciated the TV offering. The location is perfect.
