Ac was not working well, but the street was too loud with opened windows. Could have been cleaner. Terrace was not private.

Very good location, direct entry to the lake, has it's own sunbeds, staff wss friendly. It has a cosy breakfast area, and the food was good too.

Turkish spa did not work. Welness overall does not work in the morning. In the restaurant they do not offer all food because it was outside the peak season. Very busy at the breakfast, some people had to wait

Spiders all over even in the room. Daily Cleaning could be better. Getting old and used. Cheap solutions.. Road to the hotel and parking area is closed in the evening. Air conditioning worked only occasionally. Towels.. we got only small towels. And the free toletries were only shower gel.

Right on the busy street - so opt for the Balaton view. Reception closes quite early. Discuss the parking upfront especially during the summer, need to arrive before 6/8pm.

Room and bathroom was very small for 3. No parking place after 18:00 caise the alley to hotel is blocked by authorities.

Located in the middle of Siofok evening fair. Good access to terraces and bars nearby. Lake view and beautiful sunset. Very good breakfast.

There was no stand up shower in the room, only a bathtub with a hand held shower head. The bathroom windows are open to the Ferris wheel area and at night it seemed like people could see in. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, you could feel the slats.

The location was wonderful! The hotel is lovely and the amenities were all really nice, the spa and saunas were lovely. The staff were all very helpful and kind. Breakfast was really nice as well.

The noise from the fair near the lake. The noise from other rooms, no noise isolation, we' ve heard people talking almost as they were in the room with us. It needs better light.

The matress was old and used, very uncomfortable. We could hear everything from the other room, like flushing the toilet, taking a shower..., very thin walls. Our room didn't have a balcony and we didn't expect that.

Good location in the main street, pedestrian zone. It was very quiet in April but I can't imagine spending a night there in summer months as it is the main party street. Very good food, we had breakfast and dinner, welcoming and friendly staff that always do their best.

We stayed here for 1 night going towards Italy. It was not in season, so everything around was closed. But the hotel was really nice, comfortable and clean. A bit worn by use, but nothing that would be problematic.

The position of the hotel is excellent, just close to the lake side and in the middle of the pedestrian area full of shops and restaurants. There is a free parking for the car at the back of the hotel. There is a beautiful SPA included in the price, that we enjoyed at our arrival. Good breakfast is also included, even if there is poor of sweet food (no croissants, cakes or chocolate cream).

Great location on the shore of Balaton lake, close to a public swimming pool. Indoor secure parking, great spa, tasty breakfast, comfortable beds, family rooms.

The dinner was pretty basic.

The wellness is nice. Free parking was available. Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is normal continental breakfast (nothing special, but nothing was missing). Room was big enough and clean.

the pillows could be better. either IKEA or Jusk has awesome and cheap proposals of pillows....

the hotel fully meets the criterion of fair price for such quality! you shouldn't expect gilding on the walls or crystal vases, but everything is at absolutely normal - the room has everything you need to have well needed rest while travelling. Even while night time, if you consider the late arrival, and no one from hotel staff available onsite, hotel provides detailed instructions how to get into the appartment

Bathroom was dirty (toilet was not cleaned) and also the rest should be cleaned better. Except the linen and towels which seemed washed and smelled nice :).

Just the heated towel rack in our toilet is not working. So we have to carry wet clothes from Hungary to Malta.

The owner/ Manager is very nice and accommodating. It’s a good location for Summer.
