It was dated but very aunthetic and very clean . Gusto - the owner was very nice. I guess this is the traditional Balinese home. It was close to everything. Quite green. About 10 minutes walk to good restaurants. It was excellent value for money There was also a kitchen a cooker, a refrigerator in the apartment . Facilities were dated but they were all functional

Very good price for a great central location. Out of the way of the roads. You get what you pay for plus more, don't expect a luxury lodge but you'll get a nice clean room to rest in. Plus the owners were very nice

I loved everything about my stay.

I stayed for a week in Ubud and really loved this place. Everything was exactly as in the photos — clean, cozy, surrounded by greenery. The breakfast was good, the atmosphere quiet, even though it’s right in the center. The owner and his family are very kind and caring. When I arrived during heavy rain, he personally met me with an umbrella so I wouldn’t get wet — such a warm gesture. The room was cleaned every day. I truly recommend this place — it feels peaceful, comfortable, and made with love. 🌿

The room was quite big and the view is so beautiful in second floor. And it’s so quiet even it’s on the center . The host is really nice . The breakfast is sample but very delicious.

A quiet and simple place in the middle of Ubud handled by a lovely family. Typical Bali vibe. Perfect for solo traveler. The owner is so welcoming and will be there for you if you need anything. Don't expect anything fancy but that's why this place is great and peaceful. Price is the best you can find in the area.

I would add more freshness and novelty to the room. Now the room is cozy and comfortable, but tired. But it's an affordable and pleasant price, so I liked everything and I'm very grateful.

I spent 6 nights there. I really liked the location and the large room with a small kitchen. The breakfast was good. The owner is so nice. He exudes a polite reserve and always helped when support was needed. I was able to check in early on request without any problems. Definitely recommendable.

Everything was fine, very quiet location in the heart of Ubud..very close to everything, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, even Monkey Forest was 5 min away on foot, rental scooter and driving lessons by the neighbour, money exchange, etc..the host and his family are very nice people and they always make sure everything is ok.Room was nice, but nothing fancy..for this price you cannot ask for more.Its not a 5 star hotel but its a very cozy accomodation.Breakfest was also very good.

My room vas quite dark The windows was shielded by another house and with scooter parked behind it so needed to be covered with the curtains all the time. Also there was a problem with hot water which sometimes did not work. And the pillows although washed had a sweaty smell. There is no como area to socialize.

It is a great value for money. Probably best one you can find in Ubud. You get a private room with a small kitchen and bathroom. There is a small breakfast. The owners veré nice to do a vegan one for me. The location is great, in the center with plenty of shops and restaurants around. Beautiful garden.
