    La jungle a proximite

    Le service est très limité (ex, pas de shuttle gratuite pour l’aéroport, aucune activité proposée, pas de conseil) , pour un établissement aussi bien noté on s’attend à être un peu mieux accueilli et clairement ne vaut pas le prix

We also offer a free shuttle to Ubud so that you may be able to experience the various activities there. Also, we offer complimentary yoga every morning. We are surprised to hear that you didn't experience either of these. As regards Airport shuttle, we only offer it if you have bought a package that includes the same. This is because we offer a private pick up with a premium service, in keeping with our brand. One of the most important things we pride ourselves in is being able to advice you on various activities. In fact, our staff are all local and able to give you an experience that is off the regular tourist map. We regret you were unable to experience the same.     Le personnel était très serviable, à l’écoute. Soni nous a accompagné pour la cérémonie de purification, il nous a fait visiter une maison typique balinaise et a pris du temps pour nous expliquer le mode de vie balinais. C’était un moment inoubliable. Merci également au propriétaire de nous l’avoir conseillé. Par ailleurs c’était très propre, dans un cadre exceptionnel, la jungle! Et les activités proposées en plein accord avec nos attentes. Les repas végétariens du petit-déjeuner et du dîner étaient très bons et copieux avec des légumes du jardin.

    Le calme, la gentillesse du personnel, le lieu, le cours de yoga

    J’aurais aimé que le ménage soit plus soigneux.

    La piscine et le restaurant

    Accueil mal ressenti. Impression étrange quand on rentre dans l'établissement : désertique. Accès difficile et loin pour joindre la maison en teck : déconseille aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Le soir, chemin pas éclairé : obligé d'allumer nos mobiles pour aller au restaurant. Disposition intérieure = 1) Pas de lampes de chevet : obligés de se lever pour éteindre l'électricité. 2) Marches en bois pour aller dans les salles de bains. 3) Persiennes cassées et pas occultantes. 4) Le BRUIT : INFERNALE !!!! La maison est installée près d'une route avec virage et à forte fréquentation. Jusqu'à 3 heures du matin, les scooters klaxonnaient pour prévenir de leur arrivée et çà a recommencé à 5 heures. On n'a pas dormi : on avait l'impression que les scooters passaient au-dessus de nos lits toutes les minutes. On est parti le lendemain après avoir réservé un autre établissement à 4 heures du matin. A lire aussi les commentaires du Leila du 04/01/2023 qui a noté aussi 2 la maison en teck. On aurait dû lire. Établissement non fumeur = Lors de notre réservation, il n'était pas marqué que l'établissement était non fumeur. Normalement, il avait un espace fumeur. En réalité, il fallait carrément sortir de l'établissement en montant une pente raide. J'ai fait une réclamation sur Booking pour que cette annotation soit mise dans le descriptif. Jamais noté aussi bas un hôtel. Par contre, notre réservation à 4 heures, la pépite du siècle à prix modique !!! . On a bien fait de partir.

A few things we wish to point out: 1) We are a family-friendly green resort and towards this end, we are both plastic and smoke-free in the resort. 2) We are given to understand that the smoke-free aspect was what you found difficult. This is mentioned under the facilities for every room. 3) The room you stayed in, has amazing views but we do have other rooms in the resort that are set in more quiet environments for guests who are more sensitive to noise. We could have readily offered this in case we had known that this was your issue. 4) Similarly, we have rooms that are more easily accessible to those who have difficulty with steps and also closer to the main lobby. We are thankful for your feedback and will discuss it with our team. On behalf of the entire team at BeingSattvaa Luxury Ubud, we sincerely apologise that we were unable to meet your expectations. We set high standards, which is reflected in our ratings, and will look at how we can improve to address the issues you have raised - perhaps a lot do with better communication.     Le cadre incroyable dans les rizières et le logement typiquement balinais

    Notre logement était proche d’une route, dommage dans un emplacement aussi idyllique
