Nice quiet homestay close to anything you need. Friendly family. If you need something, just ask.

No fridge in room, but can use one outside

Solid accomdation for a good price. Bed was very comfortable Location is in walking distance to the center but away from busy streets.

Given 1 big towel for two days in the humid Ubud isn't the best service. Another towel for hands would be also approciated. Someone started welding at 8.15 in the morning right next to the room. Not the place, if you want to sleep in

The room was in excellent condition, super clean, small but well organized and very comfortable

They should pit up a sower curtain in the washroom and a few racks to hang up towels. Breakfast is not much. However, despite these minor points, overall very good place.

I stayed 10 days and I enjoyed every moment! Super clean spacious room, modern and traditional, fast WiFi, great location in the center yet in a very quite street off the main road. Excellent breakfast. And the best was the friendliness of the locals that look after you and make sure you enjoy your stay. Highly highly recommended!!!

Location is good. Quite near from Monkey forest and Ubud Palace.

No reception. So, I had to carry my room key when I went out. And they gave me only one towel a day. The staff's attitude was rude. He was angry at me when I asked them two towels a day.

The owners were very endeavouring, helpful and very friendly people. All our wishes were satisfied.

Wonderful hosts, super clean, private (even though you are in a homestay), good WiFi, and terrific breakfast included.

Nothing within the control of Jepun Homestay. Ubud is just too crowded for my taste these days.

- Wonderful location - close to almost all famous place in Bali. I love all small and boutique shops around the homestay. Had very good walk - Peaceful - close to street but you will not notice any noises. Even woke up with bird singing. - Great and nutritious breakfast - changed by day - All in all, the host is so so friendly. You will feel you're living with a traditional Balinese family - way to know Balinese tradition.

With this affordable price, I don't find anything I don't like about this place. Very highly recommend.

The stay at this hotel was amazing. The atmosphere is warm, caring and cozy. In all my travels, this place has become the best. Cleanliness, order and responsiveness of the owners exceeded all expectations. Mira helped us with everything. She became a friend to us. The room was always perfectly clean. Breakfasts are incredibly delicious. The kettle with water is always hot. Her husband helped us with the excursion program. He is a great person and driver. We were able to visit the sights with him in comfort. We really did not want to leave. I recommend it to everyone.

Very nice place to stay in Ubud. Central located in a private house, private temple. This is what I love about Ubud. Close to the Main Street but still very quiet. The place is run by amazing people. Super clean and this breakfast! The breakfast was huge and delicious.

Super friendly in an authentic Balinese home… surrounded by nature but in the middle of Ubud.

No toiletries only soap Water pressure not so good No TV BUT with the many good things the Homestay offers, the “ didn’t like “ issues become negligible. This is a “must” stay accommodation if your after value for money

The rooms are in the city center. Close to many restaurants and shops. We had 2 separate rooms (one for us and one for your son) for two nights. We are very satisfied with the service. Very nice hosts. Delicious breakfast with coffee or tea. I strongly recommend this homestay!

Miraa has been fantastic! Kind and very helpful. The room was super clean, fresh and cozy. The breakfast was super. My partner and I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to be immersed in the local culture.

Really cozy and quite homestay that I would really recommend to my friends and family. The room was really clean. It was really nice to sit in the litte terrace and only relax. We also loved the nice breakfasts that Mira cooks :)

We loved everything!

Mirah is very friendly and an excellent cook, we had the most delicious breakfasts in all of Bali here. Even though it was something as simple as pancakes or an omelet, everything was incredibly tasty. The property is very pleasant, with the relaxing sounds of fountains and birds. Great location in the center of Ubud. Highly recommended!

Absolutely wonderful stay – truly felt like home I had an amazing experience at this homestay in Ubud. From the very first moment, I felt so warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for. The hospitality was truly heartfelt – you’re not just a guest here, you’re treated like family. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location is perfect – peaceful, yet close to everything – and the breakfast was absolutely delicious every morning. There’s a calm and kind energy in this place that made me feel safe, seen, and really at ease. I can honestly say I would come back here in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic, heartwarming stay in Ubud. Calm, quiet, central and the staff were lovely. Plus they had AC which was amazing value for money
