Not my norm for a stay with the kids but decided to give it a go based on so many positive reviews. Had 3 nights to fill before heading to the Gillis and decided to move outta my comfort zone. Really good little place to stay and a very well run operation. Great up/down family room and quiet!! Delicious breakfast made to order,fruit/snacks/juice’s always available,surfboards,boogie boards,even a packed picnic for the beach (150m)if you want it.This is all included in your stay. Friendly team who are always wanting to help out and lots of good local info from the owner. Yep,yet another sterling reveiw ,but you do deserve it.

The owner and staff (in particular Jaka, Yuni and Marie) were amazing, kind, friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Our kids loved the animals (turtle, dogs, cat and bird). They were given food to feed the animals which they loved doing. Access to use a surf board/body board were great. Breakfast was lovely. Location to access the beach was perfect. The pool was lovely swim in and well shaded from the sun which provided a relaxing afternoon swim. Thank you so much for our stay - we would strongly recommend this guest house

We weren’t expecting it to be be quite so rustic but soon came to appreciate the lovely Balinese atmosphere of it.

A lovely tropical setting with wonderful, friendly staff who are all very accommodating. The breakfasts were really good & cooked as you ordered.

Our stay at My Secret Home in Seminyak was absolutely wonderful! The villa is perfectly located — just a 2-minute walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and the lively area, yet hidden on a quiet street that feels peaceful and relaxing. Every day, they surprised us with such thoughtful touches: a fresh coconut, a relaxing massage, and even a sunset picnic by the beach. It truly felt like paradise! The friendly dog joined us on our walks to the beach and made the experience even more special. A big thank you to Jaka, who was incredibly kind and welcoming — he shared so much about Indonesian culture and local life, making us feel connected to Bali in a deeper way. We felt at home from the first moment and were sad to leave. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic, relaxing, and heartwarming stay in Seminyak! 🌴💛

A bit more pricey than other accommodation we stayed on our trips to Bali, however we have never stayed in Seminyak so maybe this area is just more expensive. Worth it though.

Loved the resident dog and cat, fantastic staff, 2 minute walk to beach, open kitchen, lovely experience.

Wonderful decoration and near Nice beach to enjoy dinner and cocktails. Pool is so amazing. Price is a bit expensive compared to other places we have been.

Everything was amazing! This was our favourite accommodation we stayed in on our 2 week trip to Bali. It was so welcoming and comfortable. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of and you feel at home. I also got to feed the turtle. 100% would book here again my next time in Seminyak.

Only stayed here for one night but the staff was absolutely amazing and the hotel is so pretty!! Breakfast was incredible and even got a free massage.

I do like a window for fresh air, but such a spacious room having full glass windows into the garden was a gorgeous outlook. The upstairs rooms have rather steep stairs. I can imagine this would be difficult if any mobility issues.

Loved the lush, intimate setting. Having access to the kitchen for a late snack or drink was appreciated after arriving late from the airport. I didn't miss a balcony, you just head down to the courtyard to relax around the pool & open lounge area. Very close to the beach via a laneway - so you are away from the crowds and traffic.

Great place for a few nights close enough to the airport when we arrived in Bali. gave a time to settle in and explore. Walkable to Kuta and surrounds, lots of shops and warungs close by, a d the beach was a 5 min walk. The location was very quiet and hidden, no street noise at all. Breakfast was great, with our feet dangling in the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place, great location being a 2 minute walk to the beach, and wonderful warm welcoming staff. Sadly, we only had the one night here, but we'll definitely be back next time we visit Bali!

A hidden paradise, with a lush garden and lovely pets. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast delicious. We greatly appreciated the picnic bag for the beach. Quiet location, with the beach just few steps away, and many nice restaurants nearby

It was perfect!

Very friendly and welcoming, all the staff made you feel special. Travelling with a young boy who was super occupied feeding and watching the turtles and fish! Beautiful rooms and so close to the beach.

No complaints at all. We loved every moment.

We had a superb holiday and truly enjoyed our stay at My Secret Home. My children and I esp love the breakfast. It was generous in portion and offered a great variety of choices. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We even received a complimentary massage, which was a lovely surprise. We had the pleasure of meeting Mr Sam, who was incredibly kind, esp to my children. One of the highlights was the delicious dessert he personally made and served. On our last day, before heading to Ubud, he gave us a pack of tasty biscuits, such a thoughtful gesture! The hospitality during our 3N4D stay truly felt like a 10star experience, and we definitely plan to return one day. We also won't forget Suzie, the friendly dog who always barked to greet us whenever we came back from sightseeing. We already miss everything about My Secret Home!
