I love the experience of staying in a family balines compound. The garden was absolutely beautiful, a very relaxing place to stay and lovely people. You can breathe hindu culture.

The mattress on the bed was a bit too hard for our liking. You may also be slightly disturbed by the crowing of the rooster from a nearby property that starts at about 5:45 AM (in summer). I noticed that ear plugs were supplied (I guess to stop water when swimming) so you could use them but we didn't mind the rooster so this wasn't an issue for us.

The location is excellent and allowed us to easily walk to the centre of Ubud. There is a medium sized supermarket very close by and I highly recommend Warung Makan, which is not far, for breakfast. The Fersy laundry is also very close and convenient with full service so you just drop off your laundry and pick it up later that day. The swimming pool is lovely and everything is surrounded by a nice garden.

Kindest people working there (helped us a lot while I was sick as well!), beautiful room combining modern comfort with traditional style with a gorgeous view. Very convenient location for a very good price too!

Nothing. Maybe a little noisy when the fire dancing shows were on or with roosters in the morning but you get that pretty much anywhere and didn't detract for me.

Really beautiful space, simple, clean room, modern elements but the pool and outside area were beautiful and natural. Staff were friendly and attentive. Location was also perfect to access central ubud but also to head out to waterfalls/rice terraces etc.

Staying here felt like a retreat as it was so peaceful. The garden and nature is stunning and the pool a perfect place to relax. The staff are friendly and the location is perfect, close to the action but still a quiet place to wind down.

The location was perfect and very central. You can walk to and from Ubud center without problems. Also, even though I didn't have breakfast in the morning the neighbors seemed to enjoy it and it looked great.

This is the third time I stay in this place and I love how calm, peaceful, comfortable and well located it is, even if so close to the city center.

the stay was great! the location was perfect, waking distance from the busy street in Ubud, but not noisy and more quiet overall.. the staff was nice and always helpful. The room was really nice, but off course a lit bit of smell because of the high humidity and all of the area.. but expected for the region. the best part was the amazing pool! like paradise!

We stayed for 3 nights and loved it!! The rooms had everything we needed and were super clean. The pool and grounds of the hotel were well looked after and it was really nice for relaxing. The staff were very attentive and helped with anything we needed. Close walk to the main restaurants. We would 100% recommend to anyone!

The place is truly magnificent, a typical Balinese house. It is a few minutes from the center but in a very quiet and peaceful area. The room is clean and spacious. The bed very comfortable. The swimming pool is surrounded by greenery. Unbeatable value for money. The owner is very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

- Parking area is narrow, but inside the garage with roof (safe from rain) - Wi-fi connection sometimes slow, but still running - No food at the premises, but you can walk to nearby cafes and restaurants. Even close to Indomaret convenient store. - One of the sugar sachets in the room is already spoiled, maybe need to check the amenities prior to guest arrival
