We would also like to thank you for having taken the time to give us your constructive feedback with regard to the amenities in Tegal Sari Accommodation. We deeply do apologize for the inconvenience due to the unfriendly attitude of our staff. Our staff only did the procedure of handling check out. Normally, we will ask if the amenities that are set up in the room not in their place or damaged. Because not all room amenities that are set up in our rooms or villas can be brought by guests, one of them is a laundry bag. If guests happen to not see or do not know about the amenities, then we will not ask again. And we are very grateful because you have reminded us. The feedback such as yours which help us greatly in monitoring and constantly adjusting our services to our guests' needs.
