The shared bathroom is a downside, and you can hear a good bit from the other rooms. No breakfast option also.

Have to ask for cutlery and plates and a bowl , there should be some in the room. Only 2 small towels are available even though they get changed every day , but for 2 people and the size of the towels isn't enough.

It's location to the ferry crossing is good and close to all the shops.

Instructions for the TV would be helpful but we really didn't need them.

Super squeaky clean, I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The shared bathroom may be an issue for some . Didn't really bother me as it was kept spotless .

Lovely clean airy and bright room . My friend and I stayed for 3 nights . If you are staying I'd advise buying a pint of milk for tea or coffees , Lovely set up for tea or coffee on the landing . Just a 10 minute walk from the pier in Knightstown

If it is possible to change the disposable paper cups for real once, it would be nicer for the guests and our environment too.

We liked the room and the easiness of checking in. Valentia Island is definitely worth a visit.

The TV in my room did not have any normal stations on it and also there was no breakfast provided.Also there was a lack of interaction from the person who owned the property.For the price I would expect them to have facilities for providing breakfast and proper TV channels.

My room was very clean and comfortable and it wasn’t too far from places to eat and local pub.

It does feel like you’re in someone’s spare bedroom and I think the price could reflect the hostel feel better. Good to have a hot drink available when we got in but there were only caffeinated options, so nothing for my pre-teen to have. The beds are tiny and feel like cots, but we’re comfortable enough.

Communication via email about lockbox entry was timely and we had no trouble getting in. Room was clean and there was a smart tv.

Its a bit difficult to reach the location and enjoy the little island if you dont have a car, but that has nothing to do with the location, which was excelent.

Amazing little town, amazing scenery - location very close to the ocean, 2 minutes of walk. Quite, cute, restful, super clean.
