The lighting in the main room (living room / dining room / kitchen was rather dim for my tastes.

Beautiful, quiet apartment with a full kitchen, beautiful views, an outdoor patio, and a washing machine. Fresh made scones were presented at check-in, as well as milk, orange juice, and jam in the fridge.

Just a suggestion .....it would be an idea to put another mirror behind the door in the bedroom that could be used for the hairdryer...the present mirror is located too far from the bedside plug .

Beautiful apartment .Spotlessly clean and very well equipped.Gorgeous views across the valley and to the mountains . Comfortable and homely....the homemade pear scones were a lovely touch.

The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the check in time of 4pm. In my experience 95% of places are a check in time of 3pm. However, it's a very small thing when compared to how much I enjoyed my stay.

From the moment I arrived I was more than pleased with the accommodation. The host left me some brown bread with a few essentials, which was a lovely touch. The apartment was clean and had everything you could need. I was delighted with this apartment and the wonderful views surrounding it.

Fantastic views from the property and nice location just outside Kenmare to explore Kerry and Cork. Lovely wood fire stove . Can be booked as individual apartment or along with the adjoining larger apartment so great for solo travelers, couples and families.

I cannot think of anything I didn't like about Bill's Barns. The directions were spot on and it was close by to the town so getting there was quite easy. Everything about the apartment was great so I have no complaints at all.

Bill's Barns is a wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed our time there. It was very clean and comfortable and just a lovely apartment. The wood stove was appreciated on a cold and rainy day. The apartment was very comfortable. The delicious snack that was left for us was lovely to find when we arrived. The owner was very helpful when we needed help locking the door. We would stay there again in the future. Lovely place with a great history behind it.

My partner and I absolutely loved. It was spacious, well-lit. The location was perfect, close to shops, The apartment was also fully equipped with kitchen appliances Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely consider staying there again.

No soap or shampoo in the bathroom, shower didn't drain very fast. But these are minor issues. Overall we loved it.

Apartment was lovely, nice private view, parking, close to Kenmare, comfortable sofa and bed, good bathroom, well-stocked kitchen. A home away from home. Would definitely recommend.

We were delighted with the stay. We had booked as we were attending a wedding at the Dromquinna Manor. The host was very welcoming and accommodating. The apartment was lovely. The host even left Milk/Orange Juice and coffee in the apartment for us to use in the morning. The host checked in with us via message incase we needed anything.

It is a lovely apartment, well laid out and has efficient use of space. It was an ideal base for exploring the area and Kenmare has all the facilities needed.

I was surprised the kitchen didn't include a microwave. If there is someone showering in the other apartment, it's rather loud in the bedroom, (I think their bathroom must be upstairs?). This was particularly annoying at 10.30pm, so perhaps they could be asked not to shower late at night/early in the morning?

Lovely quiet location, very new and clean. The well equipped kitchen and the welcome pack was great, especially the homemade bread, yum! Appreciated having a well equipped laundry. Great location on the Ring of Kerry and very close to Kenmare.

Loved the location as it was close to town but peaceful with a sunny patio and a view of cows and pasture.

The bed was very creaky. Whenever one of us moved, it made noise. They need to get a new bed frame. The bathroom is designed with the open concept, so there is no shower enclosure. They put up a shower curtain to try and contain the water, but whenever we took a shower, water would spread all over the bathroom floor.

Wonderful place and location. Liked being out in the country.

Place was really nice, with a nice touch of home made pear scones\jam on arrival, juice in fridge , fire place set and ready to light. Place was immaculate and very cosy. Nicest place to stay in a long time. Thanks Geraldine.
