The noise as there was building works near by and a rock breaker banging at 7.30 am sat which carried on all day and there was a party at a house across the road sat night which continued until 2.40am

An absolutely lovely 2 bedroom house, very clean and well presented. Stayed here with my wife and mother in law for 4 nights. Everything about the property was perfect. In a fantastic location within the town, down a quiet backstreet yet just a 5 minute walk from the shops, restaurants and bars, and with it's own assigned parking space too. Kenmare is an incredible town to explore and enjoy, to my mind perhaps the finest in Ireland. We felt very fortunate to be right in the heart of things and to be able to experience so many aspects of the town and locale on foot. Whether that be popping round to the new artisan bakery for coffee and fresh pastries, stocking up on a few groceries, walking to Reenagross Woodland Park, perusing the many fantastic restaurants in the town or my favourite pastime which was enjoying the traditional irish music which seems to be on in multiple bars each night. This house is very comfortably furnished, we happily prepared a couple of evening meals and enjoyed them together at the dining table. We also spent time hanging out in the lounge too, mostly researching what to do next... Kenmare is very well placed for exploring the stunning scenery in Kerry and Cork, we drove around the Beara peninsula, visited Killarney for a day and also visited Sneem which is on the ring of Kerry.

The property location is perfect. From there you go for a short walk for the main restaurants and shops. One of the best place visited so far

Water pressure

the water pressure in the showers is not great. The back door sticks so much I had to go around from the front and push it in. I couldn't open it from the inside.

The location is superb. The house was spotless and very comfortable. It is also a spacious house.

Could be cleaner; beds were very hard. Kitchen had the mere basic supplies.

Property, especially the kitchen is a bit dated. Duvet not great, no blackout curtain in main bedroom.

Location, space, well equipped

Pillows were lumpy and a bit firm, and being mid September a little extra cosy coverlet would have been nice (heavy blanket would have been too much). Dinner plates too heavy and stored too high. Instructions for electric oven would have been helpful.
