The host was very welcoming, they have a booklet prepared with all the touristic spots in the area, restaurants in town and a lot of info which was very helpful. Also the local beer samples were awesome. The house is in a residential area, quiet, a very pleasant 20 minute walk to the center of the town. Parking spot right in front of the house. Very spacious house, cozy, the kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. All in all a very pleasant stay!

Roland is an absolute gentleman His warmth and kindness from the moment he welcomed us at the door to saying goodbye as we left was unbelievable..never before have we stayed somewhere so warm and welcoming. Where do I start about the beautiful house.. Everything was perfect... there was nothing thst we needed he even left us some beautiful jams and essentials until we got settled The most amazing accommodation we have ever stayed at.

Cosy holidayhomes Kenmare is one of best places we've stayed on holiday in Ireland. It was exceptionally clean, the facilities were top notch. It was very comfortable and had everything to make our holiday enjoyable. The location was perfect, right on the ring of Kerry. The hosts Roland and Yvonne were very friendly and helpful. They were very knowledgeable and provided us with so much information on things to do around Kerry.

Roland and Yvonne are very nice hosts and very helpful. They have a folder made up with all the walks and tours, and if you are using your own car with details of routes and fully explained. Also, a map of kenmare explains where shops, pubs, and restaurants are located. Only 1km from the centra shop and filling station. The house is located off the Ring of Kerry, which is convenient The house is spotless throughout and is in a quiet estate. Thanks, Roland and Yvonne. we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent 3 bedroom house in small residential estate just outside Kenmare. Very clean house with everything one needs for a short stay. Bedding and towels were great. Each bedroom has own facilities. We met the owner on arrival and departure and could sense that they are proud of their setup and maintain it first class. They also done effort to point out walks and alternative drives in the area. Good location if you want to drive the Ring of Kerry or Berea.

Walking to the town was fairly short however be aware of the main road to get to the town of Kenmare. It's doable just need to pay attention to traffic.

The house was very comfortable, large and very clean. It was in a court which was very quiet and easy access to the parking spot. Location by car to town within 5 minutes and other beautiful areas. The kitchen was was very large which was a great positive. Roland was very informative in providing information on sightseeing and other relevant information.

This house was the best place I've stayed, and I've been to Ireland fifteen times. It was cozy, quiet, and comfortable and couldn't be in a better location. It was within walking distance of Kenmare, and it was easy to get to the Ring of Kerry. Everything was perfect. The owners were helpful, and they had a binder with tons of information about Kenmare and the area. This was quality at its best. Thank you, Roland!

This was a great house to stay in, very comfortable and everything we needed was there. Even some coffee capsules and teabags. It was also only a 20 minute walk to the town center. We could park right outside the house. I would highly recommend it.

Absolutely incredible stay. The house was impeccable and Roland and Yvonne were wonderful hosts. They provided so much information about both the property and surrounding area with maps etc etc. The ‘goodies’ provided were a lovely touch! Would definitely stay again and of course recommend to others. You will not be disappointed!

This is the best-equipped holiday house I have ever been in. They have thought of literally everything!!! It is exceptionally clean, modern and comfortable. And the host is very welcoming! We will be back!!!!
